Review Time
I am having the worse experience with UPS customer service. I have never dealt with such an incompetent department. I was promised a resolution to my query after they incorrectly applied custom changes to my order within hour. Two weeks later and 20 phone calls on my part still no update. Two mangers Alvin and L are too busy to take my call and when I request to speak with them, I eventually got to speak with both and was no better off still no update, shocking service from managers with lies upon lies. I was promised a call back from Alvin and to my surprise no call back was actioned. I have been told they have emailed the relevant department but cannot call them as they don’t have a number for them. The service is shocking, if I could give minus stars I would. I am truly annoyed, frustrated and absolutely disgusted with the level of service I have received. I will be taking this matter further.
This company, UPS, lied about my delivery. On 27/01, a delivery was scheduled for me. I waited at home all day, and no one showed up. But to my surprise, they updated the tracking information, stating that a delivery attempt had been made. According to the company's website, they tried to deliver the package, but no one was home to receive it. This is a lie because not only did I not leave the house, but they also left no notification.Then, the tracking indicated that they would attempt delivery the next day (yesterday), but once again, no delivery was made. Instead, they updated the tracking status to "on the way," with a vague message about an issue with the label.Now, the status says that UPS will deliver the package as soon as possible. This company is, at the very least, disappointing!
Extremely poor service, customer service and the UPS delivery office have no clue what each other are doing. I still haven't received my parcel, and they keep saying receiver rescheduled and use words like re-attempt when they never attempted in the first place. I Would have rather gone to India collected my parcel, never ever using their services again.
Dropped my parcel in oohpod for delivery to myself at another address and that was the end of it. Called, emailed, filled out a claim, phoned. Seems like they can only send one email per day to ask you your address, which is on the box and shipping label. What they won’t do is collect your parcel or let you get it back yourself or provide any information. It’s been 6 days waiting to move.
joke of a company . First time using them in Dublin , booked a very important document to be collected and expressed across the world . No pick up and completely useless customer services . Making me look like a total fool over this . If I’d have thrown the letter in bin it would have a better chance of reaching the destination . Clown show
Only gave one star because I can not give 0.This firm have lost my delivery it came the whole way across Europe to Dublin and they lost it in Dublin.And the customer service is the worst you will ever find they just don't care. Run away from this company worst service in the world it's like dumb and dumber dumb and dumber
