Review Time
This delivery company is less than useless... I paid a very high delivery fee to get a small package from Italy to Ireland... no more than 1/2 kilo in weight... well I waited and waited... Christmas came and went..on the website of the seller it said it had been delivered... well, when I went to track the consignment number on their website, lo and behold they considered "delivered" not to delivered my house but to a "collection point"... I NEVER received a notficiation or call about this,,,, the package was returned to the seller because I did not collect it from some place I didn't even know... I paid a heafty delivery charge to have it delivered to ME, not some place where I would have to DRIVE to collect....Thank God the seller refunded quickly without a quibble..I will advise anyone I buy from NEVER to use UPS for my packages... totally USELESS!!!!
I recieved a package from UPS mid January, the package was torn and the jeans in the package were ripped. Delivery driver had left the goods where they were destroyed by a dog. Tracking also said I signed but did not.I followed up with UPS to lodge a complaint and still waiting to get the complaint to the right department.This is hugely frustrating and probably the delivery company that I least trust.Poor delivery and poor customer service.
My wife ordered products from abroad for her new company , unfortunately the supplier chose to use UPS and despite getting a message to say her package was out for delivery it never showed up. Next time she tracked it, it showed as being in customs. When she contacted them to ask why it was being held held in customs she was told they can't tell her why but the supplier needed to contact them so she asked supplier to contact them and told supplier that issue was at my wife's end and she needed to contact them. She's been having this dane back and forth for 2 weeks with now with UPS now with them refusing to release package but lying to both supplier and customer which has deleted her starting her new business. She has lodged a complaint but next step will be reporting them to authorities for theft of package if not resolved soon
I keep receiving payments demands for money I do not owe, UPS have acknowledged that I did not receive a parcel but they are now threatening debt enforcement against me.They are either unable or unwilling to amend their records to cancel this “ outstanding amount”.Unbelievable bad customer service.
The worst delivery company ever. Nothing is on time. Unfortunately some online shopping is delayed only with them. I waited for one delivery 5 day. And now should be on Christmas and will be delivered on 30/12. Is a fff.. joke. I hate them
It's been 5days since my last review and despite being assured I would receive my delivery Friday I have not received. It is now Sunday and they haven't attempted. Absolute abysmal service and the online tracking is a joke. They don't attempt to deliver just say they did. I even had someone was looking for security clearance to walk up the stairs. Definitely feel my package has been lost/stolen I've never had such an experience with any delivery service. Will actively look in future to see if a company uses UPS and avoid it like the plague.
Every single time I've had the misfortune of this company being the carrier of some online purchase it has gone wrong.From now any order placed and I see UPS is the carrier I will cancel the order. If I can see up front they will be used I do not ever buy from that company. They are absolutely the worst, incompetent, untrustworthy. I once spent an entire week calling their customer service who assured me the delivery was now on the way each time, I changed addresses to a well known local business to help them out, they couldn't even manage that. Excuse after excuse. If you want something and dont care how long it will take or possibly be returned to sender or left in a soaking puddle 500 miles away then by all means use them but you have been warned.
Never again! I’ve never dealt with UPS up until now, thankfully. Their communication is terrible. Next day delivery has now turned into a week of phoning them trying to figure out where my package is. I’ve said I’ll collect it at the depot and even that seems to be too much of a stretch for them. Their customer service is poor, actually rude to the point where I’ve had to ask them to adjust their tone. Really disappointing and surprising how many 1 star reviews a company can have! Avoid avoid avoid.
