Never again! I’ve never dealt with UPS up until now, thankfully. Their communication is terrible. Next day delivery has now turned into a week of phoning them trying to figure out where my package is. I’ve said I’ll collect it at the depot and even that seems to be too much of a stretch for them. Their customer service is poor, actually rude to the point where I’ve had to ask them to adjust their tone. Really disappointing and surprising how many 1 star reviews a company can have! Avoid avoid avoid.
If there was a star below one I would definitely go with that. Horrible experience and the customer service is not of any help to the customer/client. I could not get hold of my package and no one from customer support knew how to proceed and I was only informed to wait. As nothing can be done. Terrible experience with them.
I sent parcel with ups to friend in Dublin,but unfortunately the parcel could not be delivered,and wasn’t picked up,I contacted customer service on two occasions,and spoke to very helpful people.as a result I got the parcel back at no extra cost.very happy with service.thank you.

Keeping the negative reviews going..Ordered a laptop on line... delivered today while we were out shopping.The lazy bollox courier left the box on the window sill, no signature even though it specifically said to obtain a signature....Several packages have been stolen from houses around the area in the past few weeks....Other couriers always leave my packages in the recycling bin and a card to notify me...UPS seems to not give a shit what their drivers do.... maybe it's the drivers they employ.. they should have to pay for the packages that go missing...I've told the shop where I bought the laptop about the poor service..
This company does not even deserve one star. I would rate zero if possible. Christmas is not an excuse. This company has the same issues all year round. Lost, missing packages, re routed, never on time, if they even ever arrive. I am genuinely done at this point, and boycotting any company who solely uses ups as a delivery method. Disgraceful scam company who does not care about customers in the slightest. AVOID!!
Parcel not delivered and cant get answer to where it is, paid extortionate charges and can't get info rang after 30 min on hold spoke to girl who put me on hold again and then told me they call me back in an hour ,never called still waiting
The worst courier company in Ireland. If you live in an apartment, good luck—your items will never be delivered. They will simply update their website, claiming they need an access code and attempted delivery. They don’t contact you to inform you of a delivery or let you know they are downstairs.
Horrible and shameless. My package from Spain arrived to Dublin in 3 days, it is sitting in the UPS warehouse for the last four days. Even though they sent multiple notifications about my package to be delayed, the customer service representative just told me on the phone that my package will not be considered delayed because it is “standard delivery.” Rather than giving me a new estimate they tell me i should expect delivery within the next 5 days. They are shameless. They are incompetent. They are sub-standard. From now on, I will not make online orders from a place if their agreement is with UPS. They do not deserve even one star.
how can you do your job so badly... an item worth 800 euros that was supposed to be delivered to me was abandoned in another apartment building with a completely different address... the worst thing about this whole story is that the item could only be delivered after signing by the recipient ... the supplier must have found the first person who signed it because my name is certainly not Daniel ... incompetent, that's what I'll call you nicely ..... I found my parcel only because after receiving the message about delivery, I started looking for it in every possible building in the area. 45 minutes later, with my little daughter, I found it in the stairwell of another building, thrown into a corner.
