The worst delivery service I’ve ever…

The worst delivery service I’ve ever used. I even downloaded the app to redirect all my parcels to one of their access points and they can’t even do that. They’re a shambles. I’ll not be ordering from any site that uses them anymore.

Never ever use UPS Ireland

Our experience with UPS so far: 3 packages undelivered due to "security code missing" - Its a front door with bell. 2 packages were returned for the above reason. Had to resend and Im sure the seller had to pay twice.1 laptop disappeared - Somehow UPS didn't notice this and we were told by the seller.1 camera disappeared - UPS thought this was the senders fault. It hadnt even hit Irish shores at this point.Chat has never worked.Emails are ignored.CS seems tired and frustrated, I dont blame them.Whenever I speak with the depot, which is more often than I care to, I get attitude for their problems.I would never ever use UPS Ireland. Unfortunately, seller abroad don't realise its utter shite.

Drivers and Customer Support Don't Have the Right Tools To Do Their Jobs Effectively

Tracking information isn't updated, deliveries are rescheduled without warning. Drivers don't have company phones so can't contact customers. Three delivery failed notifications without any evidence. I was at home the third day and they didn't ring my buzzer. Contacted customer service to redirect to a collection point, bungled that and rescheduled instead. Second customer service agent lied/misinformed regarding same. Third agent was bluffing the whole time and only helped when I told them I was going to leave a bad score on the end-of-call survey. Customer support can't contact drivers and can't see more in depth information. They couldn't even see some info I had access to through the public tracking website.

Oh my god

Oh my god! How are these people in business! How are replicable brands even using them. This is the THIRD time this has happened when ordering. I put my Eircode in when I purchased the items. I then have UPS claiming they have no shipping address. I spend 30 minutes on the phone to them on Thursday „updating“ my details. They assured me someone would call back from the Depot here within an hour, no call! Then Friday I get a call and she tells me it will be delivered Saturday. I then check this morning call them again, spend a further 20 mins on hold to discover the parcel is being returned to the sender? These were Christmas presents! Why is a brands using such a unreliable shipping service like UPS? What is happening with my order now? I absolutely know now I won’t have them for Christmas. This is the third time this has happened. Customer service is a joke

Yet another bad experience with UPS

Yet another bad experience with UPS. This time 2 supposed delivery attempts with absolutely no evidence that these happened - no phone call or delivery slip. Then a notification that it was delivered but no sign of the parcel. Tracking shows it was signed for by someone called ‘Anna’. I am not Anna. They are hands down the worst delivery company out there.

its unbelievable how every time I buy something that is being delivered by UPS gets super late, tracking numbers often dont work or are outdated.

UPS and downs I don't know what the are at Amazon get them to bring your package to Ireland for USA in great time UPS brings it for a drive around Ireland to see the country then the bring it to there warehouse to mine it for 6 days and more so no I won't be getting them anymore I still didn't get my package so I will have to go to there warehouse in Dublin by the looks of things

UPS Ireland are utterly useless

UPS Ireland are utterly useless. If you have a choice of using a different service (An Post, FedEx, etc) go with them. You can watch a UPS package travel around the world with effortless ease, until it hits the blackhole that is the Finglas sorting office.You will get emails to say your package will arrive between a certain window of time. You will check the UPS tracking site and it'll say the package is Out for Delivery. You will get an email to say the package is late but will be delivered later that day. You'll check the UPS tracking site and it'll say the package is still Out for Delivery. Then it won't arrive.When you recheck the UPS tracking site, lo and behold, it'll now say it's sitting in Finglas. If you've the courage to phone their 'customer service' desk, they'll tell you it's being sorted. Sorry? How can it be out for delivery one moment AND being sorted the next. Did the UPS tracking system lie to you? Yes. Yes it did.If you are unfortunate enough to have a package that's been shipped internationally and you have import duties/taxes to pay, then not only will you suffer the above issue of make-believe delivery times, but you'll now have another layer of bullshit to deal with - the tracking site will tell you that a driver attempted delivery but that no one was there to make the payment. I can 100% confirm that this is another lie. Not only were people present to make the payment, but no one saw a UPS van show up. If, after two 'failed' attempts on consecutive days you suddenly decide to pay these duties/taxes online, an actual van (rather than their stealth vans) will appear to deliver your package. Eventually.If this was an isolated incident you could write it off as a blip in an otherwise well-run, efficient company. It's not. Every ... Single ... Package we have received, and there's been 10 or more, has been subject to this nonsense.Do not use these cowboys.

This logistics company are useless

This logistics company are useless. Was expecting a delivery on Wednesday. Never arrived. Contacted them twice by phone. Further emails telling me delivery would arrive Thursday between 9.45am and12.45pm. Didn't arrive. Phoned them again. Waste of my time. I cancelled the order. Today despite this they are still emailing me telling me the order is on the way. There service is well below any acceptable level and is really disappointing. I will never order anything online in future if UPS are the delivery company.

The worst

Delivery supposed to be Friday 29.11.24, waiting all day and nothing, delivery day changed by company for Monday 02.12.24, again waiting all day at home and nothing. As I had another day holiday for week so I rescheduled delivery time for following week on Wednesday 11.12.24 but UPS decide to deliver the package earlier on Monday 09.12.24 and left it in front of my door for everyone around. They even didn't bother to hide it behind flower pot. I was lucky, package was still there. But anyway stuff inside was destroyed. Unfortunately company where I ordered product,offered just ups for delivery. But next time I rather to pay somewhere else for product more money if they offer different delivery options than to use this delivery company.
