Shtty ass services and company. My package got lost and the web page has incorrect information as to how to make a claim. HOW THE FCK AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE A CLAIM WHEN YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECT. FCK YOU. Also the form are diplomatically phrased and designed to confuse the fck out of someone as well as the web page not FKIN WORKING. They force me to create some sort fo account and then that does not work due to web page errors. When the account finally is created and i have a different account number I cannot fkin use it as the web page says it's invalid. Although i created it a fkin moment ago and refreshed the page and server responses. The web page is fkin broken. Speaking as a web developer, programmer, IT engineer and network specialist. Get your crap together. Stop fcuking losing packages. Worst fkin experience of my life. Next time I order ANYTHING WHAT SO EVER I will NEVER use UPS again. Fck off and goodbye.
Wish I had read the reviews before I used them. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Only went with them because it said 2-3 days delivery of package from Ireland to Thailand. Now it says 8 days so the package will totally miss the person it was meant for. Their freephone number is not working. You have to login to website to send an email. Total farce. Wish there was minus stars for a review. Don't go near them!
Would never use this service by choice, however unfortunately can’t control the company the sender uses. Have had multiple issues in the past including drivers claiming to have attempted delivery multiple times when I was at home without anyone every ringing the bell to the house or calling me. On multiple occasions I have redirected packages to designated UPS drop off locations where they have also claimed the delivery was unsuccessful. How can UPS be unsuccessful at delivering to a UPS drop off point? The last package I received took 3 weeks, multiple phone calls and emails before it was finally delivered. Have never come across such an incapable service, every other delivery company in Ireland I have dealt with manages to deliver packages without any issue.
There should be a minus rating option here for UPS Dublin. What a shambles of a service, so unprofessional, terrible time wasting customer services, do not use nor have any UPS packages sent to Ireland and this excuse for a so called UPS service. Took two weeks of constant calls everyday to the depot in Finglas Dublin , eventually being given the privilege of picking up the package myself. And then being charged 30 euros as a pick up fee, a fee I have never experienced before. Oh, and tho UPS office in Dublin doesn’t provide receipts for this so called pick up fee. Avoid!!!
Wish I could give 0 stars.So far I've had to use ups services three times and every damn time the has been a problem with my package from their end. My most recent package was lost due to them mixing up the delivery address even though I supplied them with the correct address, but not only that when I eventually got it all sorted out they still managed to lower my standards for them even more. When they delivered the package if you could even call it that, they threw it out on the front wall in the pouring rain where it could have easily been stolen. mind you this isn't the first time they left a package outside my house. They could have easily left it inside our porch if they were bothered to walk to the door. From now on I will try my best to never have to use ups again.
I ordered a tool, a chamber reamer, from a company in Ukraine. Paid $80 for the tool, $20 for the shipping($100 total, about €90). I get a notice from Ups that I have to pat customs/duty/tax etc of €52. I need the tool, so I just paid it, but I did ask for an explanation. I get a "breakdown" that shows €32(basically 32% VAT) in customs fees and €20 Ups fees. Apparently UPS just charges whatever they want for VAT and customs. I also asked about the Ups charge and it was never actually explained. The person I was emailing for answers finally told me to file a complaint if I wasn't happy with her answer. Nice. International company just stealing money from people.
The worst courier company possible....The worst courier company possible my package went missing for 2 weeks communication by phone is a joke you get a call centre in India, which is completely Useless, the only response you hear is please bear with us if it does not show up In a few days, please start the claim process! I needed my package not a claim.About 30 emails later to every department, ceo, manager,secretary I could lay my hands on I eventually got a response that my parcel was found and had been held up because some clown had marked it incorrectly for a customs invoice which was not required as it was within the eu. After all that they had the audacity to send me an invoice for €70 3 weeks later saying I had under measured the package dimensions, which was incorrect, thankfully I had paid through PayPal and not directly with my debit or they could have charged my card with any amount they choose. In short avoid this courier company, use a reputable firm such as DPD, DHL or FedEx
