My local driver refuses to deliver any package to our road in one week alone we had 3 separate deliveries quoting "signed for" but were just taken to a delivery point for customer collection. Every other Courier has no issue with the 40 houses in our Rd (TW1) but this driver just will not deliver. I tried through the UPS support staff connected through this site to get my package delivered, they were pleasant but ineffective in getting my delivery completed. Amongst the many emails with UPS regarding this delivery, I had one referencing thst the driver does not have a mobile and cannot make any call to a customer, just that one point alone demonstrates that UPS is not a customer-centric company determined to deliver a high level of serviceThis week I had Yodel, Amazin EVRI, and DPD all deliver packages with timely updates received on my mobile ..wonderful service
I would also give a 0 if I could. They constantly claim to have attempted delivery when I know this is not the case. It is impossible to make contact with a local depot. In order to complain you must sign up to UPS which is US based and therefore GDPR does not come in to play. A pity so many European companies use them.
If I could rate 0 I would! Package sitting 9 days in delivery depot in Ireland having only taken 2 days to get to Ireland from Denmark!!! Customer service lied saying it was out for delivery yesterday when it wasn’t. I have rung every day since it was due to arrive based on my order and still no movement. Absolute shambles of a company- do not use them!
As usual APPALLING SERVICE!! I cannot understand how your company is still operating as a ‘delivery’ service. UPS are the opposite to a delivery service as they do not deliver at all. The gates at the end of my driveway cannot be seen from my house. The gates were open today and I was home all day as I was expecting my package to be delivered as per email confirmation from UPS. I was shocked to check the status of my package to read online ‘attempted delivery ‘. The driver obviously drove by , looked saw no one standing out on the road and marked it an attempted delivery. It is nothing but an absolute disgrace. I took today off work especially to receive this item as it was a birthday present for Sunday. I am so disappointed in UPS. It is a very dangerous company to be relying on for pick ups or for deliveries. They have no word whatsoever. Shame on you UPS! What am I meant to do, get a chair and sit out by the road from 2pm and wait for ‘an end of day delivery from UPS ‘ ???? Am I??? If your company do not want to deliver customers packages, then why are you still operating as a courier company? Isn’t that pointless? Offering a courier service but not actually offering a courier service. What is the point in that? Do your drivers not want to deliver packages properly? Why aren’t they delivering them properly? Are they not trained properly ? Something is seriously going on because it isn’t an isolated incident , judging by all the negative feedback. All I can say to people reading this is to STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would say ‘courier ‘ company but they do not provide a courier service. They only provide, stress and heartache !
If I could give zero I would. Pretending they arrived but couldn’t get access to property. Complete fabrication. I suspect they just didn’t bother as we live out of the way. They keep promising they will phone back with an update and just don’t bother. So frustrating and such a poor service. Will never use them again. Still waiting for my delivery.
Hi All,Just my experience using UPS service from Ireland To UK.Collected on time. That’s the good. Now for the bad - Arrived at Facility Castle Donington, United Kingdom on the 02nd February and has been stuck there since. Contacted UPS and got through to a call centre in India. Extremely unhelpful and even though I was courteous hung up on me as it seemed they didn’t have the ability to engage in a conversation. Customer service agent said my package was in Ireland when it’s actually in the UK.Paid €50 plus for this dreadful service. Needless to say I won’t be using UPS for deliveries in the future or for receiving items. I won’t accept UPS as a carrier going forward.
