Sending me late fee and threats - but no invoice?

I did not receive an invoice from UPS upon delivery of an item i ordered from USA. 6 weeks later i got a letter from a collection team and a few days after that, late fees were added to my account. They expected to to pay fees assoiciated with handing my account off to a collection agency + late fees for an invoice i never received. i've paid the import duty and taxes due on the item i purchased but refuse to pay late fees. I'm dealing with their customer service team currently and it's not pleasantAvoid at all costs.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service, supposedly my parcel was delivered and received by me today at a time when I was at home, come on guys that's ridiculous! And customer service suggests that I should take a claim against the supplier!?!?!?!? Do not use this company, they are out to lunch! I would give 0 stars if I could.

UPS gross incompetence

I received a parcel from India through UPS. I was called by UPS to pay VAT and duties. The consultant asked my card details and took payment. A month later they have sent a €53 and €9 late payment bills of a new figure

Delivered and had signed at a totally…

Delivered and had signed at a totally different address. The cost to me of €1102.50 The shipping address was CRYSTAL CLEAR. A drugged monkey could get this address right. Eircode included, I live in a little two-street village on Main Street with a Family Name only one other family in the entire area has. A claim with UPS is ongoing but I'm not confident. It took literally an hour to navigate through their stupid website going round and round. AVOID UPS at all costs.

"By end of day........."

Was informed yesterday that parcel would be here "by end of day" , today Friday.In past hour however, this changed to "by end of day "Monday.What does end of day even mean?6pm?11.59pm?I have informed business from whom I purchased goods that as a result of this company, I will not shop with them again .Fastway and DPD far more prompt and efficient.P.S The goods in question were coming from one side of Ireland to the other.....not from Australia, which possibly would get here sooner.
