Waste of time again, got a message from Amazon, saying ups couldn't make a delivery to me because there's no one home. I'm at home all day waiting for the ups muppet to deliver. I got a refund instantly from Amazon, not their fault, but not the first time ups have messed me about. Avoid at all costs.

What an annoying company

What an annoying company , told me they tried to deliver but no one was there when I was sitting a meter from my door for hours waiting for the package and then it took 2 days for it to get back to the warehouse , tried to email got no reply to this day , no instructions for what I should do then I call and I have to wait another 3-4 days for my delivery over a week and a half after I order and over a week after I was told I would get it , absolute joke if you can choose who delivers it dhl all the way atleast they tell you when they’re roughly gonna be at your house

UPS and Parceldirect.ie are number 1 discussing/stealing companies that ever existed in Ireland. Michael ( a staff member in Parceldirect.ie ) was disrespectful, insensitive and unprofessional so much that he insulted me. He should be fired! Who I need to contact for this ?

Abysmal... Don't use ups!!!

We sent a well wrapped parcel to Dublin,ups via parceldirect.ie didn't arrived. Told parcel damaged and fully DISCARDED without consultation. It was a valuable framed picture. Absolutely no service communication or options. I wish I'd read reviews first. ABYSMAL DON'T USE either parcel direct or UPS!!!

Another bad UPS experience

Requested a package to be delivered to a collection point but it still got delivered to my house.In general, their drivers either leave packages sitting on top of the gate pillar (instead of putting it just inside the gates like other delivery companies do) leaving the package clearly visible to the entire street for anyone to snatch, or they THROW them over the gate to land in the middle of my driveway. I don't like dealing with UPS.

Terrible service

Terrible company that claimed no commercial inmvoice on the package, there were 4, all in seperate envelopes. 0 communication, phone call after phone call, ignored emails, refused to read or communicate or answer the questions asked.

Worse service ever

Worse service ever, said it tried to deliver two times when it absolutely did not, I have cameras recording aswell. Called them and they said sorry they would deliver by the end of the day. They did not. Worse service ever AGAIN.

Without doubt the worst delivery service/system in Ireland

Each time I receive an email to tell me that my order has been dispatched via ups I now shudder. I have yet to have a good experience with this company. No delivery has been on time, straight forward or completed in an orderly fashion and their customer service is dreadful.

I booked a pick up for an urgent item…

I booked a pick up for an urgent item for the next day. Day one they didn’t turn up, day two got a txt saying may be tomorrow. Useless service avoid this courier.
