Review Time
I'm giving it one star because we can't provide any, but I would give it no stars because their service is useless. My delivery was supposed to be on Thursday, but it never happened. Then I had the guy coming for the delivery on Friday when I was in the office, told him to ring another apartment and someone would open the door for him ( he disagreed) and said he would become on Monday. Here we are on Monday, as I had problems with UPS before I called and asked if the parcel was at the facility where I would go and collect it to avoid trouble; customer service told me that my package was in the truck and would be delivered today, as I know how they work, I called again, and another customer service told me the driver attempted to deliver( which is a lie). He also was trying to get access through security, my apartment does not have a security entrance, and he did not need that for delivery, and if he needed it, is he not supposed to need it on Friday of the first attempt? At least try to get the stories straight! Meantime on my second call to customer service, I received the information that the management would contact me in an hour( it's already 3 hours since I called, and I did not get ANY call). I called again and did not have a satisfactory reply, and the social media support only told me to wait and that the team would contact me. I only want my parcel, if he's coming to deliver, what time and date he will go. If he is not coming to deliver, I want to make sure my parcel it's a Dublin Facility, and I will collect I do not wish to have the same nightmare I had before with UPS; if I knew the store uses their service, I Did not have bought anything, because UPS it's a complete nightmare. If you can avoid them, please do so for your health because they will kill you.
Ordered a pair of jeans. Had updates from UPS. I was working in the office at the time and was shocked to see I received my jeans at 4:12pm when I didn’t arrive phone until 6pm. I rang up the customer care at 6:20pm and they took down my complaint and was told I’d get a call back. Was 7:30pm when I decided to ring back to find their centre was closed. I’ve a ring doorbell and I received no notification or footage of anyone from UPS delivering anything.Cowboys
I received email notification of upcoming deliveries. As instructed I set up a profile on the UPS website and specified instructions to leave at my door. UPS did not do so. I re-instructed them to leave the parcels by the door but as they did not do it the first time, I did not have confidence that they would do it right the next time. No contact numbers that worked. All phone numbers went to China or the Philippines with no one able to speak English. Hopeless. Stay away from UPS and from merchants who use them
Worst delivery company i have ever have the misfortune to deal with,say they have attemped delivery twice,funnybinwas in both times,advised they rang you a couple times funny phone with me all day and no missed calls,starting to believe they dont even bringbparcel out,lets see if there office check gps etc and get back to me,but off previous i very much doubt it,as for the whole of ups the ceo etc surely see all these bad reviews.is he/she not bothered
