Disgraceful

Disgraceful. Address clear and exact, refused to deliver as they said it didn’t match their format, no way of contacting to change address, had to create account for different delivery options. Still haven’t delivered item 3.5 weeks after being collected from sender. All around terrible service.

When I heard that UPS were going to…

When I heard that UPS were going to deliver my package I shook my head and nearly cried. A piece of plankton with a blindfold on would do a better job at organising a shipping/courier service.

Website is a joke!

I'm after spending 10mins trying to set up an account with UPS, won't work at all! Absolute joke, no wonder they have a rating of 1.2 on trustpilot. Sort your website out!

Worst delivery company in Ireland!

I hate even giving this company 1 star. I have had numerous things delivered by UPS including two laptops and every single parcel has been thrown over my wall onto the lawn without even buzzing my gate to let me know. After making complaints about their deliveries on several occasions they continue to deliver the worst service I have ever encountered. Please avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with UPS. Ordered a book from Amazon and paid extra to have the book delivered quicker. They said they made a delivery attempt at a particular time but they couldn’t deliver it despite the fact that there were multiple people in the house at the time. The package was then delivered to something called an ‘OOHPod’, and that I was to collect it there. I went to this and it requested an access code which I did not receive so I tried ringing their customer care team and had to deal with a machine that did absolutely nothing to help me and I could not get through to a human for the life of me. I now requested another delivery attempt but I have no idea if it is actually going to happen now because I receive no email or text to say that my request has been received so ultimately I have ended up paying for a service which cost me more than the what standard delivery would have and it has caused me nothing but distress and increased waiting times

You don't even deserve one star, I advise anyone think to use UPS, just ignor this company even for free delivery....

Never rely on this company

Its so sad that such a big company is constantly scamming people with promises of next day delivery and charging 10 euros then not delivering package. Second time a package was due to arrive next day with Ups and second time they lost my package.. there is a customer service line that is repeating written scripts like a parrot and not finding a solution not able to tell you when you are going to receive your package. Just ridiculous** after all this above they today said they now forgot the package on their facility and therefore package wont be delivered once again and they are so kind that they offered me to pick my items up from operations center 1 hour away from my home .. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH WHAT AN IDEA !!?? The helpfullness of customer service is really outstanding glad at this stage that they at least didnt question why i didnt go to netherlands to buy my items myself and come back.

No item, no contact poor service

My item has gone from a main centre to a local centre back to the main centre. I have called numerous times I have been told my address is updated, the item has still not arrived two weeks later. The address was updated 3 days ago again and still no item!! How difficult is it to follow an eircode. I needed the item last week - no one ever contacted me by phone EVER! Disgraceful service.

Has to be the worst experience I ever…

Has to be the worst experience I ever had over two weeks waiting on a small delivery and after paying £22 from the UK to Ireland to be delivered and a further €20 charge the total cost was more than the item stay clear of the trip off and bad service

Avoid at all costs

Really can't recommend strongly enough that you should stay away from this company if you possibly can. Unfortunately I bought something on Amazon and whatever Amazon service handed it over to them. Delivery was scheduled for a particular time and day so I made sure to work from home, then I got an email around the scheduled time saying delivery had been 'attempted'. I live in an apartment block and sometimes the gate is closed, as with all other apartment buildings there's a doorbell, I guess the driver saw the gate and didn't bother.I go onto the UPS website where you can enter the tracking number, I see that additional address information is required, specifically due to the 'security information', i.e. I guess UPS are under the impression there's a security code the driver needs to get in. Of course there isn't, and I wonder what the driver would do once he's in the gate since there's another doorbell inside the complex and these represent insurmountable obstacles.Changing the address information or advising the driver on bypassing 'security' (the doorbell) requires you to set up a UPS account, which I do, after about give attempts cos the website kept timing out, which I thought was insane, can't remember the last time it's taken more than 30 seconds to set up an account anywhere. When I actually do manage to log in, apparently I need to get a free trial of a premium service to get 'unlimited control over my deliveries', presumably luxuries such as telling your driver to ring the doorbell. I do this, so UPS get my payment information as well as my address, phone number, email. Again I had to make a few attempts at this, and in the end, the interface was too poorly set up for me to figure out how to tell the driver to ring the doorbell. Part of me is wondering that if ringing the doorbell is too much for them (and I assume this is company policy on apartment blocks, I don't think drivers don't know how to ring doorbells) what additional information I could provide. Put it on the ground outside and hope for the best?I direct messaged the UPS account on twitter and joy of joys, it's an AI bot that doesn't understand what I want. It did pass me on to a couple of reps who gave the appearance of being sympathetic (it's not their fault and they're not paid enough to care about my packages) but seemingly unable to do anything about it, they offered to keep it for me at their warehouse in Finglas, about a 30 minute drive from where I am. They also told me their drivers don't have company phones so can't ring the people they're delivering to. This still blows my mind, every other service gives their drivers phones, I've never had any issues getting packages from DPD, Amazon or anyone else, this is 100% a UPS problem. I've resigned myself to just having thrown the 35 euro the thing I bought cost down the drain, no amount of money is worth dealing with this company.
