Don't buy a Merc

I will never buy another Mercedes. I've been without my car over a month and a half so far, due to having a broken headlight and it being considered unroadworthy as a result (won't pass an MOT). A new headlight is unobtainable worldwide as it is on back order with Mercedes until the end of the year. This is a 2015 AMG A class, not exactly an old car, so you'd expect parts to be readily available. I've been messed about with dates of when a new headlight will be available, and am now told they can't give me a specific date. So I'm left in limbo once again. This whole ordeal is causing me a great deal of stress, not to mention inconvenience, but Mercedes don't care. I've found you get great service from them, up until they take your money then they don't give a fcuk! Currently pricing up a BWM.

After the passenger seat in my 2017…

After the passenger seat in my 2017 model e class malfunctioned and burnt the passenger seat and the clothing of the passenger, Mercedes have refused to take the seat apart to investigate and are implying i have caused the burn myself and are asking me to pay for further investigation into the issue!Horrendous customer service from both the dealerships and the main complaints department.This is a severe safety issue and i am now having to pursue via the motor ombudsman and solicitor! Unbelievable that one of the biggest most prestige manufacturers feel the safety of their cars and customers should be compromised to save a small amount of money investigating and resolving!

Mercedes-Benz Brooklands - Vojta Mervinsky

I purchased my car from here, and have to say that Vojta Mervinsky made the whole process quick and easy. He was always pleasant and made me feel at ease with the whole process, making all the options clear to me, while never being pushy in any way. People often complain far too easily when they're not happy with something, so I think it's important to praise where it's due, and Vojta is certainly worthy of high praise. He's a true asset to the Mercedes team at Brooklands, and made the whole experience quick, easy and stress free.

Great customer service

Great customer service, especially worth naming, Steve Clark here. It is not that far from North London and can only encourage anyone fed up with what I consider as dissatisfying service at Mercedes Temple Fortune, to drive the additional 10 or 15 Minutes to Hertford for significantly better price-service ratio...

Great car - great service. Mercedes back to it's best

Went to Mercedes Chichester to get the new B class. The service was as you would like to expect from buying a premium brand - and it matched up to it. The car is as good as the service provided - INCREDIBLE. Really grateful to Niamh for everything.

I booked my car to Mercedes Benz…

I booked my car to Mercedes Benz Colindale to replace vent line which they said it takes 2 hours replace. 6 days still they didn’t repair my car I asked to give me my car back because it is a PCO I am loosing income but they refused. Complained both managers in the Colindale brach but they don’t care customer and they will never say sorry it takes longer than we expected. Now on Monday I have to hire a car and go to solicitor. Worst customer service in the uk

Would recommend 100% - great service.

Have to say, what a pleasurable experience to get my wife her second car - Mercedes A1. For Demi and Chris (Mercedes-Benz - Perth, Scotland) taking the showing me and the wife the types of Mercedes and finding out what’s best for her. Big thanks again as happy wife means happy life.

Shocking customer service

Waited 4 weeks for my car to arrive with no explanation to why so long and also no apology when it did arrive. I was always the one chasing the dealership and you just feel like a monthly sale figure instead of a value customer visiting a ‘prestigious’ dealership. Upon this delayed and unprofessional service I decided to write to customer service to claim an explanation and some sort of good will gesture. They unfortunately didn’t provide any sort of reasonable customer service and claimed that a full tank of petrol was out of good will. This will be my 4th car and the past 3 has always been handed over with fuel. I will recommend not to use Mercedes and test drive and visit other dealership. I know I will be in the near future.
