Synter Mercedes Refuse to fixed my car under warranty even though car been service Mercedes guide lines, this is 2nd time Mercedes has refuses to fixed my car under warranty Synter Mercedes has worse service ever and if you planing to buy a Mercedes don’t stick with AUDI i have few Mercedes and I will not be buying any more Mercedes, premium brand with worse ever after care service !!!!!
Purchased a E Class 2013 from Inchape Mercedes Derby, I have had steering/suspension issues since Dec 2018. Each time it goes in they replace a part under warranty, each repair the vehicle drives perfectly, however after a few days the vehicle is shimmying, bouncing on the roads. I called out Mercedes Assist, the sent out a RAC mechanic who said they vehicle drives wonderful. However I have taken the vehicle to various Independent Mercedes Specialists who confirm the car drives horrendously. But when you call Customer Service and make a complaint, they are not interest, all they say is that our mechanics are highly professional Mercedes trained mechanics. Rubbish, Derby's mechanic are all under 25 and just part fitters, not a clue about diagnosing.They don't even deserve one star.Please do not take your vehicle here.
I booked service with Mercedes Slough for Mercedes v class 2016 model but car dash board flashed on engine management light and I been told that its Nox sensor fault and been told that it will be replaced in 10days time as car was under warranty so I requested I should have courtesy car but Mercedes refused to give said it's ok to drive!!! Then I asked there customer service guy to remove engine management light atleast as you know the fault and my car gona go for mot but this guy liaed and said it's not removable so I got my car back service from Mercedes having engine management light flashing on which was really annoying!!!I reached home call brakedown service who removed me light in few minutes but Mercedes representative clearly lied and didn't remove in first place...very disappointing
Unacceptable! I use this car for work! I took my 2016 Mercedes E Class witch is still in the warranty to this garage because of a shacking problem. At some point end of April I called them to book an appointment. They book me at least a week later on the 1st of May so I drove the car like that in the meantime, they told me ev should be fine, it will just go in to limp mode if anything, nothing worst it can happen ( they have no idea what is wrong with the car, even though they told me to drive it. Pretty wreckless I would say!) I drove it like that because I had to then on the 1st I took it to them. They test it and the next day they said is an injector problem, they have to order the injector from Germany and it arrives on the 7th. Waited till that day hoping everything it will be ok. That day came, they changed the injector and the problem was still there. The car stay parked for few more days, no one called me to give me any feedback. I went there and they passed me to someone else. That person said that they need some adaptors witch they ordered from Germany again to run more tests and they will have them 5 days later. 5 days later no one called me to give me any feedback so I went there to ask. They passed me to someone else and they said they don't know what the issue is but the parts didn't arrive, they will be with them on the 15th of May. No one called me so I went there again on the 17th of May. They said that they checked and apparently the problem is with another injector. Again they ordered it and it should be with them in 5 working days. That's like 21st or 22nd of May. NO KNOWLEDGE/NO PARTS/NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! In the meantime I called Mercedes finance department as I can't work therefore I can't lay the finance, warranty department, customer service department and no one can do anything! So stay away unless you want to pay lot's of money to get this kind of experiences....
Purchased a Vehicle from here some 6 months ago. I live a couple of hundred miles away so arranged to have it delivered. when delivered, it wasn't fully valeted, something the dealership in fairness addressed and resolved. Within a couple of weeks, various electrical issues arose and i booked it into my local dealership to resolve under warranty. some of the initial issues STILL exist and the dealership are refusing to acknowledge the car is not of satisfactory quality and that what i am experiencing is normal ownership. to put this in context, my vehicle has been in for various (some recurring) issues, at least 10 times since my purchase.The dealership agrees there is no need to bring it to them, as my local franchise should have the same tools and diagnostics to fix the issues I'm having.Mercedes UK Complaints department hasn't been able to facilitate anything either, so i am now looking for advice from the Motor Ombudsman.Thus far, all i have a received is an apology for the inconveniences this car has given me.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UKDon't know where to start. I have emailed the complaints department 2 times but have had no reply. They had my car for 5 days and could not tell me what the issue was. They lied to me telling me the sub frame was touching the gearbox causing a vibration noìse. So I took my vehicle to a local garage who found the problem within 1 hour. There was nothing wrong with the sub frame or gearbox. (THEY lied to me)I have a service plan and warranty with these jokers and they just ignore you. They take your money and just do not care.Be very careful and stay away.
Absolutely dreadful in every way. Don't bother with it.The app is so unintuitive. Even though I am reasonably IT savvy it took me a couple of weeks to get myself registered with the help of Mercedes service and several emails to the app developer.Having finally done so the information showing on the app was only the mileage.All other functionality even basics such as fuel level, tyre pressure etc was not enabled.As I had leased my car all services had to be purchased even the most basic ones. I do not find this acceptable. Mercedes should make the basic services FREE with the more advanced ones being charged for.Another frustration is that on starting the display always shows a message that the Mercedes Me App is not connected and this has to be cancelled. There is no way of turning it off even by deleting the app.With the resources behind them I would have thought Mercedes would have made a far better attempt.My sincere advice is do not bother with this
Terrible service at MB Cambridge. I rang numerous times, had two online chats and filled in the contact form on their website simply trying to book my car in for them to investigate a strong smell of petrol in my 4 year old Mercedes. Five times I was promised someone would call or email me but they never did. I'd previously asked for this problem to be investigated when the car had been in for a £600+ service and they'd told me they needed the car back again to investigate the smell of petrol so I was merely trying to do as they'd asked.Maybe they don't know how to do anything more than standard servicing or maybe they're just disorganised and badly managed or maybe they lack any customer care ethos. I don't know and don't care as I won't be buying another Mercedes (mine has had numerous faults). I'll go back to Lexus or Honda which I'd found to be much more reliable, better quality, better value and supported by dealer networks who know what they're doing and how to care for their customers.After posting the above review I got a call from the Assistant After Sales Manager. He apologised profusely that they hadn't contacted me as was promised at least five times in response to my phone calls, online chats, etc. This was good but the reason he gave was that they'd had staff absent due to holidays and sickness. I can't accept that's a valid excuse when a quick phone call, email or text could have explained their situation and perhaps suggested MB Peterborough (owned by the same company) might be able to help. This is in direct contrast to the brilliant service I've now had from Marcus and others at C&V, Swavesey - an independent Mercedes specialist - who seem to know more about Mercedes cars and their problems and solutions. Moreover C&V provide excellent customer service at a much more affordable price.
Going through a nightmare after buying a used Mercedes Benz C200 AMG line Petrol Automatic (2015) from Vertu motors Mercedes Benz Slough. Not even 1 month and started showing problems inside the bonnet. Had to go through road side assistance and the engineer mentioned negligence by the slough dealer. Took to stratford after sales service and they pointed a number of issues inside the bonnet including leak in the fuel connecting pipe. The sales guy keeps on saying I am doing my best as i can but managers are busy to attend the issue. Not sure how mercedes is giving licence to such guys. Looks like cheaters and fraudsters. Still hoping atleast will get a refund as Mercedes will help save its brand image on life risking issues arising from faulty sales.
