Mercedes Benz Belfast

Bought an AMG GLC 43 from Mercedes in Belfast. First off the communication was horrible and really should have been a warning of things to come. Then delivery was supposed to be Friday morning. When the car had not arrived by midday I started calling the dealership who were apparently all on vacation that day! I spent the whole day tracking the car down to find that it had never been picked up from the docks. I still have no idea when it will be delivered 24 hours after the supposed delivery date and have not heard a word from MB. Last Mercedes I ever buy. Avoid like the plague!

I tried to place an order for a new Mercedes GLA 250. I made an appointment with the Dealership in Watford the week before. I'd had my test drive and arranged an appointment for Friday 8th June at 2.30 to finalise the paperwork. When I arrived the salesman had gone out and none of his colleagues knew anything about it. I've heard nothing since no apology nothing. I phoned Customer Services this morning told the Assistant the saga. Her unexpected reply was "what would you like me to do about it? I can only assume that mercedes are selling so many cars in the UK that they are actively turning customers away. Needless to say I will not be ordering a new car from Mercedes mind you it would appear that is their new strategy treat potential customers with distain and hope they go elsewhere. Audi were amazing by the way.

I bought my glc coupe in October 2017…

I bought my glc coupe in October 2017 from Mercedes Benz Loughton. I had a number of issues even when buying the car with them and now 6 months later I need 3 new tyres due to the threads going and are nearly illegal which would have got me 3 points and £1000 fine. I have spoken to Loughton who told me I have another 5000 miles to go but when speaking to both the police and a garage I am lucky to get another 1000 miles. I have contacted Mercedes customer care to make a complaint and even they do not want to help or replace the tyres after 6 months. There customer service is also appalling! I did not expect to pay over £40,000 to receive not only rubbish customer service but to also pay £600 for new tyres in 6 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY stick to Audi, Range Rover & jaguar!!!!

Horrific Service from Mercedes Benz Financial Services

Coming to the end of my finance term with Mercedes Benz Financial Services I have tried to call 5 times to arrange to give the car back - no one answers the phone. I've emailed 4 times - one response by email so far after a week asking me to confirm who I am, then nothing else. Absolutely terrible service. Won't be buying a Mercedes again.

Shocking service from Stratstone Huddersfield

Shocking service from Stratstone Huddersfiled - 7 times I rang to enquire about a Mercedes GLC. Five times I was left hanging for 10+ minutes with no human voice, only automated commercials extolling the virtues of Stratstone. The other 2 times I was transferred to their sales department by reception; the first time the receptionist told me that no-one was available, the second I did speak to a saleswoman who said she was busy but would ring me back in 5 minutes. One hour later still no reply.If this is how their sales staff operate (who you normally cannot get rid of once you have expressed an interest) then goodness knows what their aftersales service is like!! Avoid like the plague.

E220 blue Tech diesel 2010 w212. I drove it for 4 years and 60k miles.The water pump kept on leaking. I replaced the water pump every year. Mercedes E15 say they will have to check my car but if it not the pump then I have to get the work carried done by them. If it's not the pump then just charge your fee for checking and do not force me to carry out work with you. Really degrading service from Mercede. Some engines part needed replacement every year. Injector leak. Pump leak. Many more. I realised what had happened by the time I sold the car. Mercedes makes parts in a way where it fails after a few years so they make money from parts. In this case Mercede made the water pump so fragile that I had to change it every year or 10 000 miles ad it cost nearly £1000 to replace at Mercede but I went to a local specialist and had it done for 60% less. I changed pump initially directly with Mercede so it's not labour quality.To make money Mercede makes flimsy parts on purposely. But this time they made it so flimsy the part lasted 1 year.On top Mercede E15 sounded like telesales people, they do not want to fix It, they want me to carry out all my work at Mercede or they will not look at my car. This is surely gangsterism. Car reliabilit 3 out of 10.Mercedes customer service zero out of 10

My Mercedes C350e hybrid (2016) clearly…

My Mercedes C350e hybrid (2016) clearly has serious problems with the electric systems. The charging breaks down and it has to go back to be fixed about 4 times per year. Mercedes absolutely refuse to accept that there is a fundamental flaw and simply do a quick fix which then goes wrong again.Communicating with them is maddening. It tends to take about 40 minutes to get through to servicing, past reception after multiple cut-offs, wrong call routing, eternal ringing etc.I really would not recommend that anyone buys a Mercedes since their after sales customer service, if they have a serious problem to deal with, is abysmal.

Amazing service and even better car

Went in to Mercedes Manchester and had the best experience. I bought a GLA and i absolutely love it. Everyone in the showroom were really helpful and welcoming. John who dealt with us was very knowable and made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Ripping off customer at Mercedes Benz Bradford

Purchased a type pressure sensor (TPMS) and was advised from servicing that it needed coding and would cost £79 to code it. Did some research and rang the Huddersfield Mercedes Benz and was told the tpms don't need coding. So I recommend anyone who paid for this service to get a full refund. I have addressed my concern and complained to head office and recommend the person at services not mentioning names has his training done again.

I bought a brand new GLE 400 ( 2018 )It’s by far one of the worst cars I’ve owned and I’ve owned 27 to date. Others then the worst gps and the inability to use the blue tooth for music, the Winschel fell off during our first long trip two weeks after purchase. I’m not going to list all the silly design flaws but my main bone of contention is, in order to have the car looked at for some sensor malfunction, I need to wait three weeks to get into the service department. For a company selling luxury vehicles this seems ridiculous. I will never buy another Mercedes.
