Review Time
Hi,I have sold some items over Vinted summing up to a total of 1.800 DKK and I mistankenly transferred to an old closed bank account but my bank transferred them directly back to vinted and providing me with proof that vinted has the money bank on their account. Vinted has now 1,5 month said they are investigating and now start closing my issue as it is resolved so I can't get in contact with them. This is simply STEELING MONEY and I would NOT RECOMMEND to ever use this platform. I'm now at the point were I have to involve police for Vinted steeling from me.
Once again, I purchased counterfeit products on Vinted, blatantly obvious as fakes even to the naked eye. I provided photographic evidence and requested an item verification, but I was simply told to return the item. This proves that Vinted does not protect consumers but instead supports abusive sellers of illegal products.Not only did I lose money on shipping costs, but I also wasted valuable time trying to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, the seller gets the counterfeit product back, ready to be sold to someone else, while Vinted continues to profit from commissions on these illegal sales.A large-scale scam disguised as a safe platform, thriving on the sale of counterfeit products. Avoid it at all costs!
I was told that I was going against terms and conditions because I uploaded a product twice which is not true, I just have the same product in two different colors and I wanted to sell them both! One is navy and the other very light pink almost white, there colors are completely opposite and I was told that my account could be deleted if I continue going against the terms and conditions. I appealed and I received a bad answer saying that I should not do it again. Those are two different products! It doesn’t make sense.
Vinted deleted my account after i made a sale!! I didn't get my money and I lost my %100 positive feedback I gained from trendsales!! And theh ignored my email!What a waste time and what a shame they bought trendsales that was way better!
Vinted is the worst trading platform full of fake goods, no live chat and no understanding from Vinted. Vinted replaced Trendsales. It should have been the other way around. I would advise against all trading on this platform, and hope for trendsales comeback or a new platform to be made. Vinted, fix your bad app, get a livechat with humans, and not robots and make sure no fake goods are sold. You need to fix your problems asap
