Have experienced both counterfeit products being sold as ‘real’ and had an item break in transit as a seller and they now tell me I haven’t proven it wasn’t damaged when I sent it even though I have pictures of the item on the day of the sale AND the envelope it was sent in. So frustrating to end up with a broken item because they don’t live up to their insurance promise.
Apparantly you are left alone when you need their help - even if you got the “Buyer’s guarantee” which is worth nothing.A buyer send me fake Salomon’s, really hard to tell they were, but after 1 month they started changing color and fell apart. Then I knew and reacted. No help at all!And no, the 2 days you got to react is not enough, talking about fakes.
Extremely bad!!!! They have no control over what is placed on the pageNo fake items, there’s a million of these on the page!Kitchen products not allowed, there’s a tusind of it on the pageTheir customer service is robotic and bulshit, no flexibility, no understanding, not clear and difficult to reach and resolve the problem.They don’t provide any information to you when your product is removed. Lots of fake bags, shoes, perfumes … Regarding to a fake item ; they will not check it at all; they will wait until a user report it then they will robotically verify.It’s ridiculous.I’m waiting to get my money to get away from this crazy trade place!!!!
I had three good purchases from this site, but one purchase overshadowed the whole good experience. On this site you are not protected as a buyer. I lost money on delivery and buyer protection. I returned the goods, but the seller did not want to return my money and wanted to dispute. I already understand that the seller will win, because it is profitable for them. The seller sent me a product in very poor condition and also a fake (not the original), although I clarified before buying. When I sent the goods back, the seller accused me of damaging it, although there is evidence of what it was. I found an identical situation with this product under her reviews - all the same - a fake and damaged packaging. Vinted does not respond to the request about the scammer, I see that the buyer is not protected and I will not return here again
I was happy enough with Vinted. Bought and sold a lot. But then I received something broken. And it's now my job to not only send it back, but also pay for the transportation? Which means I lose money on buying an item, that is supposed to be "very good" but is broken, that I now have to send back, so it's just money down the drain + I have to use time and effort to send this thing back. I am never buying something from outside of DK again. When it's good it's good, but when there is an error, no help to be found? Why am I paying for buyers protection then? You can't choose to not pay that fee. It should include them paying for the returns, when you recieve a faulty item.
Good day, I’ve sold items on Vinted and can’t get my money from the app. On 28/12 Vinted notified me that I need to submit documents to verify my bank account and I did so. After that they requested ID and I provided that as well. After that till now no proper answer though I’m writing to them every day, they are just ignoring me. I can’t get my money or items back!
