Very shitty company, I have migrated from the old Trendsales that was way better. I have been using Vinted for some time and actually sold for a good amount of money, but the problem is the work in favor for the seller, not the buyer like you should. I bought a very damaged t-shirt with loads of holes and wanted to return it. I was able to return it, but had to pay for the shipping expense. How is it my fault that I receive a damaged item and now I have to pay for the loss? Im fuming, their TOS are worse than a scam website.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been waiting for a solution for 2 weeks now about a buyer that said she didn’t want my product because it was “dirty” and she had a video on social media wearing my product. (I would never even try something that is dirty) and I sent proof to Vinted (videos, screenshots, pictures of my product with scratches and dirty.) and haven’t received ANY answer. By this time it all feels like a scam. DO NOT USE THIS APP. THEY ARE USELESS FOR SOLUTIONS. and be careful with scammers that say they don’t want it take 4 days to return it and they do use them.
