CRAPOS Air,never ever again.

I flew from Manchester to Dalaman with this airline and then a return journey,supposed to fly with Jet2 but they put us on this Lancaster Bomber instead.There was no in-flight refreshments outward but was offered a stale sandwich and a soft drink,no alcohol offered at all.The plane was enormous with seats crammed together no legroom and the plane was very old,not a good experience to start your holiday.The return journey was worse the atmosphere on the flight was terrible as parties including children had been split up all over the plane shame on Jet2 for letting this happen.I will NOT fly on this airline again I would rather walk.CRAMPED AND FELT LIKE A CATTLE TRUCK.

If I could give 0 stars I would.This airline has scammed me and then ignored my problems. I have had one of the worst experiences of my life and I deeply regret buying a ticket with them, I do not recommend it at all. Several months ago (march) I bought a ticket for my vacation with this airline, and I also bought the connection flights and accommodation, basically planned all my vacation around this flight.Recently, I was informed by a very vague e-mail that the flight will no longer take place because the company has decided to dedicate itself to other types of operations and they give Iberojet the responsibility to take charge of the reservations. In the e-mail they told us to wait for Iberojet to contact us for the new tickets. In addition they declared that "it will maintain the conditions of current reservations" in interviews, which is a pure lie.After a while of silence and Wamos and Iberojet passing the responsibility around, it turns out that the best thing they offer me are totally different dates than the ones I had planned in advance because "there are no other availabile flights in the month of august" (another lie), with a shorter trip and logically losing all the connecting flights I had, as well as the accommodation. Iberojet continues to offer flights on the dates that I had initially purchased, but for some reason they consider that the number of travelers with WamosAir is full (despite committing to respect the reservations already made) and they do not offer more space for the rest of the travellers. They have left us abandoned and made us lose a lot of money in accomodation, connective flights and other reservations made in advance. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

FAKE TICKET

I bought a ticket on May 26, 2021 to fly from Cancun to Paris with the company Wamos Air on July 10, 2021. My reservation number is 148310569 and my flight number is EB 5103.When I arrived at the airport in Cancun I could not find my flight. After multiple requests, the airport services told me that no flight of this company had place this day. So I had no way to get back. I had to buy a ticket online at full price 1 hour before the next flight took off. I made a complaint to the flight comparator who sold me this ticket. It took more than 3 months to get an answer to my refund request, which was refused without any justification.I contacted the European Consumer Centre who gave me the following answer: "You should know that we have informed the competent authorities of the situation with Kiwi, in particular the service in charge of the European cooperation of the DGCCRF which is the French administration in charge of the repression of frauds and the protection of the collective interest of consumers.We have also informed the competent services of the European Commission."What should I do?!!
