Whirlpool dishwasher from hell that leaked flooding my home twice causing water damage to my floors. A Whirlpool technician documented a leak in one of the systems but because they didn’t document a specific faulty part they are refusing liability. After more than three months after I paid to repair the water damage and replace my floors I continue to fight to get them to do the right thing. Worst consumer experience ever. Do not purchase their products as you don’t want to have to deal with this Company.
Purchased a Stainless Steel Refrigerator from Home Depot. Quality of product working is good and it is still running strong after 5 years. My concern is the Stainless Steel has rusted through on the doors. This started about year 3 1/2. I followed all directions and have tried all the tricks with cleaners, baking powder paste... some small stains can be removed but some areas have rusted through. What A waste! I don't want to add this appliance to the landfills. Can not get anyone from Whirlpool to follow up with me. It will cost more to replace the doors and have them re-installed than it would to buy a new appliance.
The Company Whirlpool use to service their products in S. NV is Sharper Service Solutions and they have not been able to fix my fridge for three weeks now and I cannot get another appointment until next week which is April Fools day, that's me, for buying a Whirlpool fridge which is almost two years old and now I will probably have to pay over $600 dollars for it t be fixed.Buyers Beware. I will never buy another Whirlpool product ever again.
Poor Customer ServiceI took delivery of this dryer 3/25/24. The dryer came with no paperwork, manual, warranty, etc. It also was missing the adjustable feet used to level the unit. I saw the delivery crew unbox the dyer... nothing in the box besides the actual dryer, and nothing in the dryer. Called Best Buy, they gave me Whirlpool's number. Tried calling them, but the menu had no option for my issue. I spent about 3 hours trying to get a human on the phone to no avail, and finally gave up. It is now 4/1/24. I still have no leveling feet. The product may be fine, but Whirlpool (and Best Buy) score zero for customer service. If I could rate them them less than zero I would. I wish I had purchased a different brand from a different retailer.
Disappointed in whirlpool’s response to covering cosmetic scratch to face of dishwasher March 2024. Consumer representative said 30 day limit to coverage, ugh. An upstanding company should take into account that the product was purchased and not unwrapped until new kitchen was prepared.
Worst customer service on the planet - one year warranty is a joke. I bout a Whirlpool washer and dryer four weeks ago. The dryer quit after 4 days. I called Whirlpool - they sent a tech to replace the display panel. It quit again after 3 loads. I called Whirlpool again who dispatched another tech who never showed up to do the job. After a whole lot of phone calls and back-and-forth and me practically screaming on the phone, my dryer still is not working. I'm waiting on yet another service company to order a part and come out and fix it - again. DON'T BUY WHIRLPOOL ANYTHING.
Cheaply made Whirlpool Model WRF555SDHW09 French Door refrigerator. Poor filter placement location takes up storage space. Ice cube storage container difficult to remove and replace. Drawers are very flimsy and have cheap feel to them. No way can I recommend purchase of this product to a friend.
i've honestly never dealt with such an airhead customer service rep in my life. i chatted with a whirlpool rep on their official website to get help with some questions about my pos dishwasher that was bought BRAND NEW less than 2 years ago, and now is refusing to turn on. "Allison in Tennessee" was my rep and she just didn't understand my questions and just rode me in circles. the whole thing was just a waste of time.worst experience ever.
Bought a new washer and dryer in 2021 when covid was a thing. I've had problems with my pos washer and dryer since the day of buying here we sit 2024 I still have warranty and NO ONE WILL COME FIX IT. 1 small load takes ALL DAY TO DRY!!!! NO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON WHIRLPOOLS NEW PRODUCTS PERIOD.
