Been on hold since calling for over an hour already. Following my last call where they were selling me $45 plastic cam and closer spring for $16 the issue is that the pos door has spider cracks in it causing closer cam to spin inside door frame. 1.5 yr old $2500 refrigerator !!!! What a piece of dog poop!!! This company is china. Pathetic disgusting waste of a once good reliable American company. FJB CCP pool

Whirlpool brand washer …

I purchased a Whirlpool brand washer new from Lowes approx 1.5 yrs ago. I thought this company made good quality products but I was sadly mistaken. The washer was not spinning any longer. I called a technician who came out and they told me it would cost more to fix it than it would to buy a new one. So now I need a new washer after only 1.5 yrs use. It is sad that their products are so cheaply made that they can break down so quickly. Spoke with Whirlpool and they only offered a 15% discount off of the cost of a new washer. This "discount" basically just covers the tax charged on a new washer. Whirlpool does not stand behind their products. Take some advice from my misfortune. Do not buy a Whirlpool! Spend your money elsewhere. You've been warned..

Tried to exchange my filters I…

Tried to exchange my filters I purchased directly from Whirlpool because they were the wrong size even though I entered model number for my original order. I was 3 days past 30 day return window. The customer service representative was curt and would not work with me to make an exchange for the correct filter. I’m out $95.

Whirlpool Stand By Your Products!!!!!!!

I bought this whirlpool dishwasher in January 2023. It has only worked for 3 weeks since we bought it. First the plastic connector connecting the dishwasher to the water supply arrived cracked. I called whirlpool to get a replacement part. After replacing the part, the pump on the dishwasher broke. I called Whirlpool and they somehow lost our registration and manually entered product purchase date for January 2022 leaving us with a nonworking dishwasher. They refused to cover service and have left us with a perpetually broken dishwasher. I will never but another whirlpool product again. Whirlpool delved in shady practices to avoid responsibility for a low-quality product.

My 2 year, 5 month old dryer stopped heating (bought new). I bought this brand because it was considered reliable. Boy was that a mistake. Repair, at my cost, will also take 6 weeks from local repair. I'm beyond broke (laundromat fees, extra gas, repair costs) and will never touch a brand by this company again.

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought my washer and dryer from Homedepot in December, not even a month later my washer wouldn’t drain so I called for a technician to come out and they couldn’t schedule me for two weeks out. Well the technician came and it drains but now it shakes vigorously so I called AGAIN to reschedule to fix this issue and again a two week wait time. Well it is now April and they have called to reschedule twice due to “family emergency”. So I called whirlpool To try to resolve the issue and NOTHING. I have an 8 month old baby and I am beyond over this company. Do not recommend buying their appliances what so ever.

Whirlpool is the WORST

Whirlpool customer service is the absolute worst!!! We purchased an over combo, within a matter of days it stopped working, we still have a none working oven almost a month now. They sent an appliance company out that indicates there is no ETA on parts. No one takes proper notes over the phone, you speak to someone different every time and so many broken promises given. Our unit should have been exchanged upon first call since it was less than a week old and to find out no ETA on parts and we still wait for any answers and a working oven we spend close to 4k on. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! We will not purchase anything Whirlpool in the future and will be sure to share our experience.

My whirlpool oven is 3 years old and broke down because of wear and tear. Rubbish products.

Stay away from Water Softeners

Purchase a water softener WHES40 from a Canadian Retailer. I appointed a certified plumber to install the unit, and they find out the bypass leaks. I called the warranty dept and got hold of someone who said will send a replacement part, I gave them all the necessary details for the warranty claim.The warranty dept is so negligent, won't reply to follow-up mails and won't call back saying they were busy.So now I have a storage tank of $845 with water and salt in my basement !Just say away from water softeners. I have other appliances which work fine but the warranty dept is a black mark!
