Whirlpool range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave

I have a whirlpool gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Purchased Aug. 2019 brand new. I will never buy Whirlpool again. My household consists of two adults. So appliances have been well cared for. The range: igniter has to be replaced, the handle is falling off, screws are come out. Dishwasher: handle is falling off and is impossible to repair without taking the entire front internal panel off. Microwave: interior is peeling. It is all garbage. I will never by Whirlpool again.

Just bought a new whirpool washer not…

Just bought a new whirpool washer not even 6 months ago, and yup toast. Warranty only covers repair...and parts are backordered.

Never buy whirlpool again.

Bought all new appliances for condo in Panama city Beach last summer. Range has never worked, s and s appliances, who I would also never recommend, has been out 4 or 5 times now, can't seem to fix it and whirlpool refuses to get it fixed or replace it.

Do not buy Whirlpool

If I could give negative stars, I would. PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy Whirlpool washers or drawers. Our current machines are less than 6 months old and the washer required replacement. It is obnoxiously loud, BANGS like a gunshot between wash cycles (so much so that we can’t hear the tv down the hall from the laundry room) and every time I wash dark clothes, I get a fine, white ‘fuzz” on everything, even though I wipe out the tub between loads. The dryer does even dry properly and no matter what cycle 8 put it on, clothes are still damp……I cannot wait to save up enough money to send these machines to the junkyard and invest in something that works. The sad part is that we spent over $2,000

I purchased a Whirpool refrigerator at Lowes on 03/28/2023

I purchased a Whirpool refrigerator on 03/28/23 at Lowes in Pasadena Texas. The compressor went out after 12 days of use. I called the Whirpool customer service to make a claim on 04/10/2023. They gave a date to get it serviced on 04/24/2023. This put my mom without a refrigerator. I called back in to get a service date expedited and they came out on the 04/17/2023. The technician said the compressor had failed and would get back to me when it would get repaired. it is now 04/21/2023. No one has called me back. I called the ASI service center they said it would take 71 hours or 3 days for there system to process the replacement of the compressor. I will call back in this morning to get an up date. It has now been 2 weeks and I do not have a Refrigerator. I called Lowes they said they would not take the unit back after 48 hours had passed. At this point I just want this night mirror to end. i just called the ASI (281-452-2121) repair center they said the part has shipped and they should be getting it in next week. After that they will give me a new dispatch date.

Satisfactory product, though not impressive

Had a Whirlpool Duet washer, I bought it used and it lasted a total of 10 years. Not impressive, but in my mind, this is satisfactory.

Bought front loading washer

Bought front loading washer. Failed in two months time. Whirlpool customer support will not send anyone for two weeks. Jessica could not answer questions and barely managed to get a service call scheduled. There should be a much more responsive customer support service. I am frustrated with a brand new product and really worried that I’m stuck with it and the customer service that comes with it.

I had 3 fridges die in a matter of 14…

I had 3 fridges die in a matter of 14 months. Took over 3 months to repair and replace. Now 3rd fridge is dead and they won't come and remove it for us.

Microwave, dishwater and refrigerator have all broken within 5 years.

We researched several brands and this had good reviews. Buyer beware! We wanted things to match, so bought a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher all about 4 years ago. They have ALL broke, and customer service is useless. I'm not sure if more expensive bands would be better. So far, it looks like reviews aren't useful

Don't buy Amana, Whirlpool or Maytag appliances.

I bought a washing machine at Lowe's in February 2023 and it doesn't work since day 1. I have a warranty and extended care plan through Whirlpool. The machine has been seen 4 times already by their authorized technicians. The last time they came on Thursday, March 30th, he claimed the machine was working after replacing 3 different parts. Saturday, when I went to start the machine didn't work and started draining water all over the floor. This is a new problem, because the original problem with the machien wasn't this one. It has been a month since I don't have a working washer. I keep calling Whirlpool and when I ask for my money back or a new machine, they keep telling me they need to send another technician to repair the machine. It is clearly a faulty machine that I got and it is not working.Please don't buy Amana, Whirlpool or Maytag from Whirlpool, they don't even have a Lemon Law.
