Whirlpool diswasher with 3rd…

I bought a Whirlpool diswasher with 3rd Rack and large Capacity, stainless steel and had it installed last January. In July it dumped water and had water running down my wall before noticing it out the front. Whirlpool sent a repair (two week wait time) guy who said it was a lose part that wasn't installed correctly during manufacting. Then it failed again dumping water from the same location. this repair tech said it wasn't just a lose connection but the tub is dented (during manufacturing). Whirlpool wont replace says it is repairable. The entire dishwasher has to be taken apart and rebuilt. I didn't buy a refurbished unit, I bought a new one. It has not worked correctly at all. Oh and the parts are back ordered, and the repair company has to give Whirlpool 21 business days to find a part. I have called whirlpool to complain and they simply do not care. All they say is their warranty is a repair warranty not a replace warranty. When the product is damaged from poor manufacturing they should replace with a good one, not offer to rebuild. Worst customer service I have ever seen. If you are considering a Whirlpool product, beware, the quality of their products has diminished to the point they are junk.The model number is WDT970SAKZ0 - do not buy!!

Whirlpool Refrigerator model WRS588FIHZ

I have a refrigerator, model WRS588FIHZ, that has a broken ice maker. I ordered a new ice maker and replaced it, but that wasn't the problem. After doing some additional research online, I saw that other people had the same problem, it was broken wiring at the base of the door. The wires are located at the hinge of the door, so every time it opens it leads to pressure eventually causing them to break. I tried to fix the wiring, but so far still no ice. I contacted whirlpool, and while the online agent was polite, he just told me to get a service call. So to summarize, the fridge I have is designed in a way that leads to it breaking, so I need to pay for a service visit to fix the problem that happened because of the design, and it could end up breaking again, so that would be another service call, and so it goes on and on.I would not purchase this model from Whirlpool, and I would be careful before purchasing other products from them to make sure there is not a design issue that will create problems for you down the road.

Will Never Buy Whirplool Again !!!

Bought a new refrigerator, after 90 days, the compressor failed. A known problem with this model.Been waiting over 4 weeks for a part. No idea when the problem will be resolved. Customers Service (Adrian) was polite, professional and apologetic, but absolutely no help at all.Why are they still selling this model(s) with a known problem? Why don't they pull parts out of unsold machines and relieve the backlog? Why don't they replace the defective appliances? "Honoring the warranty" does not mean customers wait over 5 weeks for a resolution.

Washing machine worst design ever!

W11354854A top loading washing machine - the worst washing machine ever! The auto-sensing feature for water level is ridiculous. It never adds enough water to even cover the clothes. So, I diligently stand for several minutes during the fill cycle, wait for it to change to wash cycle, pause, then manually add anywhere from 2 - 10 gallons of water to cover the clothes.And who on Earth wants to constantly check the cycle progress to catch it when it has filled with rinse water to manually add fabric softener? I mean really? If the cycles were consistent, I guess I could set a timer but they aren't! Absolutely will never buy another Whirlpool washing machine.

Worst customer services! Living without washer for almost two months.

I reported my washer’s problem on November 23rd. A technician came to my house after a week on November 29, but he was not able to fix the issue. He ordered an item and promised me will be fixed within a Month: I called back on December 29 but no one was be able to trace the status of the order. I called back after a week but still they didn’t order the part. I am living with out a washer almost for two months. I am so frustrated by the customer service I am getting. This is the worst whirlpool customer service I have ever seen. I do not recommend anyone to buy their any products.

Poor products, even poorer customer service

I've had major issues with a dryer I purchased within 9 months of buying it. It's broken twice and they take weeks to fix it. Now, I understand that technology can fail us, which is why we are lucky to have the opportunity to make things right with humans and customer service. However, Whirlpool has truly missed the mark with this. Their customer service was deplorable. They've proven to me that they do not care about me as a customer. I'm generally very fair to these people because I know, first hand, how hard customer service can be. But this was pretty bad and I felt compelled to share my experience.

I am very disappointed with Whirlpool

I am very disappointed with Whirlpool. I got a new refrigerator two months ago. the refrigerator stops cooling every 2 to 3 weeks. I have called Whirlpool and end up waiting 3 to 4 hours for someone to help me schedule for repair service. When I schedule the repair service online the appointments are usually 2 to 4 days out, which means I have to throw away groceries, and I also have to ask for time off from work because the appointments are usually during the week and the window for the appointment is from 8am to 5 pm. Different technicians have come, and they get it working, but 2 to 3 weeks later it stops cooling again. I am tired of dealing with this LEMON. Does anyone know the process to take this refrigerator back and get my money back ? when I go to the appliance store they keep telling me to call Whirlpool. I am so frustrated.

Very disappointed in their products and customer service

I bought a new washing machine in September 2021 March 2022. It stopped working. This machine gets very little use. I’m single working at home mostly washing pajamas once a week. I’ve been waiting for five months for a part to come in so I spent all that money on a new machine that I can’t use. The repair is gonna cost as much is the machine did. So I am out from having a good washing machine for five months and no one cares.

Bought a new washer 12 weeks ago and it broke down 12 days after purchase. Since then a service man has been 7 or 8 times and it still isn’t working. We bought a whirlpool because all of our appliances are whirlpool. It is bad when you buy a new appliance and then it breaks down and you have to go to laundry mat to do laundry. At this time we are still waiting on service man and whirlpool to figure it out. In the meantime we are at the mercy of whirlpool. Instead of replacing it they want to keep working on it. This all started on around 10-21-2022

Whirlpool hates its customers.

Hello Mr Bitzer,I am writing to you only after multiple attempts to resolve my issue through whirlpool's normal customer service agents. I purchased a new whirlpool side by side refrigerator from my local Lowes store seven months ago. The compressor on this appliance stopped working two weeks ago. I was informed by the service technician at that time that the compressor needed was unavailable (still unavailable today). Since I have a child with multiple special needs in my home, we cannot afford to be with a refrigerator any amount of time (we keep her daily insulin refrigerated on hand). have been given conflicting information from Whirlpool associates on two different occations. They gave me a service request number to give to Lowes as a referenc number, saying they can commplete the return of the defective product. When Lowes calls they are told they will not do the return, only repairs, this has happened twice.(second number given 7734924887) each time I think the problem is solved by your company I am being misinformed. I am a 72 year old man with multiple health problems myself, the stress of this back and forth is getting to be too much for me. I would appreciate your personal help in this matter. I am willing to take the new refrigerator back to Lowes, but we cannot be without a working refrigerator in our home. Please respond, Thanking you in advance,Sincerely, William L.
