The laptop I received failed to update, making it completely useless. I reached out to the support team, but they showed no interest in assisting me. After this experience, I will not consider buying from them again.
If I could rate this lower, I would. Another day has passed without any reply from the seller, while the platform advises me to wait three days before reaching out again. It's ridiculous; I canceled my order during the waiting period with no communication, yet the platform refuses to take responsibility. I ordered two beds and now face an additional delivery charge of 30 each. I expect a full refund.
Once again, I'm left waiting for my refund for the third time. Now I have to wait another five working days, and I suspect I’ll be following up once more. It feels like they want me to give up so they can retain my money, as they keep passing me from one representative to another without addressing the issue.
I bought a holiday voucher for a 3-night break in Dublin for two, valid for selected dates between January and May 2026. When I tried to book for February, the supplier informed me that only one date in January was available unless I paid an additional £250. I reached out to both the company and the supplier several times, even filing a formal complaint, but received no resolution. The voucher was not redeemable as promised. The company could enhance its service by ensuring vouchers are genuinely usable on the advertised dates and by addressing customer complaints more swiftly. Improved communication regarding date restrictions and redemption options would also reduce confusion.
I booked a weekend getaway to Amsterdam for three nights, but due to flight timings, we had to check out at 11:30 PM on the third night, effectively making it a two-night stay. This was misrepresented to us. After some follow-up, the holiday provider agreed to a refund and confirmed it via email. I had a really tough time with this company. For Christmas, I ordered some experiences and chose the gift email voucher option. The first issue was that they didn't arrive; it took three days of interacting with a bot on a messaging platform to finally get them to send the e-gift vouchers, but they all displayed the price! That was unacceptable. It took another two days to cancel the order and reorder, paying extra to send gift packs since that was the only way to avoid showing the price. A month later, despite the claim that gift packs had been sent, they still haven't arrived. Now the bot informs me that there's no address on their records! However, I can't add an address because it states that gift packs have been sent! The customer service is terrible, and the system is frustrating. I recommend using another platform; they are far superior.
I purchased a city break to Amsterdam for myself and my partner, advertised at £410 with flights included. However, the only flights provided took us to a different city two hours away and arrived after midnight, meaning we wouldn’t reach the hotel until about 3am. This situation forced us into an expensive upgrade costing around £220. Booking the same flights and hotel directly online was cheaper. Overall, this was very disappointing and misleading. I may need to cancel altogether because of the hidden costs.
I spent 2 nights in Rome and was extremely dissatisfied. The city breaks are misleadingly advertised with 4-star hotels, but once you attempt to redeem your voucher, you'll discover that not all listed hotels are actually available. Instead, you're offered "alternatives" that are either subpar or located 6 miles from the city center. Additionally, the flight times are terrible, arriving after 11 PM on the first night and then having a 6 AM return flight the next day. While there are alternative flights available, they come with an extra charge of £90 per person. I reached out to the support team through their WhatsApp chat, but it took nearly 72 hours to get a reply, only to be told to wait another 24 hours for a response from a third-party merchant. Fast forward another 48 hours and I still haven't heard anything back. This is a truly unacceptable service, and it feels like a scam. As of January 8, 2026, my issue remains unresolved.
If it were possible to give a ZERO star review, I absolutely would! I placed an order back in November, and now my partner has tried to redeem her birthday gift voucher for a spa day, only to discover that it has expired. I was never informed about this expiry; why would anyone purchase a voucher that is valid for less than two months? This has been a complete waste of over £200! I strongly advise against using this service. You might save a little money but will end up losing much more. It's a total scam. I've tried repeatedly to resolve this issue via messaging but have found no success. It's just a frustrating loop, and my trust in this service has completely vanished. Please, everyone, avoid this service. It's simply not worth it.
My partner and I each ordered an item that never arrived. We reached out to the service and the seller but received no response. While the service mentioned that a refund was arranged next to my order number, I have yet to see any refund! After following up again, the automated message stated that I’m not eligible for a refund because the order has expired?! This service is a scam! It’s frustrating that there’s no actual phone number to speak with someone directly! I am extremely upset! This is unacceptable service!
