I brought a Apple Watch on woucher from a 3rd party company for my wife’s bday the watch arrived I was really happy looked great nice and clean not damaged really good condition….. untill I charged it and got my wife to try it out for a day… the battery lasted 4 hours from a full charge and this was a series 4-6 watch mine is a series 3 and still lasts 2-3 days with heavy use… needless to say to say I contacted wowcher…. What a complete joke there watsapp so called customer service is …. Its completely appalling no one contacts you , calls your or emails you …. Went to the 3rd party company also , again no help what so ever so now I’m massively out of pocket have requested a refund and return , but no acknowledgement 3 messages now and still nothing this has now been 2 weeks this company is completely incompetent and the customer service is appalling I will never use them again and will tell everyone you have been warned and to stay away…. Wowcher is a complete joke
Summer 2025 ordered two beds from CLOUD9. king size and single (for my children both who have a gentic condition)
The KS came with wrong size base for mattress which has caused base to part collapse Cloud 9 would not help. Singe definatley not fit for for purpose wood from inside came up through base into mattress again no help they are not up to any safe standard keep sending me the same useless emails. This company are con company. Will not refund pictures avaiable
