each one is telling me my husbands deal was not gifted to me even though it states quite clearly it was - says gift pack was sent out
Due to my health at the minute I'm unable to use this hotel before the expiry date end of March so I'm wanting to know what my options are perhaps extend until later in the year etc
All they keep saying is they need to speak to my husband as he bought it
My argument is no it's a gift that was gifted from your own website to me so what's the problem
They are adamant that it wasn't a gift so I've sent them a screen shot that clearly states that it was so why can't they see that?
Wow! Blown away, the most amazing experience from start to finish. I would recommend this fabulous hotel the staff make you feel so welcome and go above & beyond. Extremely happy & this is coming from someone who it takes a lot to impress. 5 star service.

The packaging was soaked and all muddy, the water had all seeped through and it smelt awful. I could’ve cried, I said to the driver I don’t want it but said need to send pictures to wowcher and cloud9 which I have and praying I will get a refund. There is no way on this earth I’d let my child sleep on that bed!! Wowcher should be ashamed for allowing this
I made a purchase and received an email relating to the purchase but could not make any sense of the coupon thing plus I didn’t receive my order and it’s almost impossible to co tact anyone
You ask for more details but it would be a good idea if you said what details you want
I got told this on my previous trustpilot review:
"I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a
gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately."
This has not happened. I've checked the account and I never got the credit refund that was advertise. Please can you resolve this. Here was the previous review for context:
"Me and my wife had a voucher for one of the dates we planned. I only just found out that the voucher has a 6 month expiry date! Do not buy! Absolute robbery. Money does not expire, therefore a voucher equivalent to that money shouldn't expire either!"
Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! We were given a wowcher gift deal as a Xmas present which stated a 2 night stay in Oban with breakfast, bottle of Prosecco & early check in. However after we redeemed it & booked in with the guest house I received an email from the guest house saying that there seemed to be some confusion and they had received a number of emails about breakfast being included but that they do not offer breakfast and it is room only. They stated that it was an error made by wowcher on their website. I contacted wowcher (there is no customer service phone number, the only contact point is via WhatsApp) who did not even acknowledge the error, did not accept any responsibility and repeatedly replied “breakfast is not and was never included in this deal” They were not interested in my photo proof or anything that I had to say and replied only with repeated generic responses.I still have the original wowcher email which states clearly breakfast is included. My son would never have bought this deal as a gift if he knew it was room only, he only bought it because it was advertised as with breakfast, I have now passed all the details and photos to the Advertising Standards Authority as proof of false advertising and I would urge anyone else who finds themselves in the same position to do the same. Absolutely ridiculously bad customer service!! I nor any other member of my family will ever use wowcher or living social again.
I purchased a Lake Como holiday through Wowcher expecting a flight-included package as advertised. Unfortunately, the merchant (Prime Holidays) provided flight options that do not exist and then attempted to redirect me to alternative destinations.
I responded to their initial email within 10 minutes to secure the price but received no follow-up, forcing me to chase repeatedly by phone. When I was finally given flights, they could not be found on airline websites or flight search engines. I requested written confirmation due to the seriousness of the situation.
I have since been told to seek a refund, despite the fact that Wowcher is the retailer that sold the package.
From a consumer perspective, this is very concerning. When a holiday is advertised as including flights, customers should not have to question whether those flights are real or available.
I have now raised a formal complaint and requested a full refund.
I would urge anyone considering a Wowcher travel deal to verify availability carefully and ensure you have everything in writing before purchasing.
Update: Wowcher has responded asking for more information. I am happy to provide my order number and booking email securely, but have not been given a private method to do so yet.
Bought a voucher for an Amsterdam trip tried redeeming the code and says it's an old code today get intough with wowcher and get a new one but getting nothing back from them to fix my problems! I want a refund as this is just a rip off they need humans to answer not automated WhatsApp
I bought a 2 night trip to Paris for my daughters birthday. tried to redeem them, the company that we had to contact after several days of messing about offers the deal but we had to pay an extra 89 pound each if we wanted to book with them . completely not as advertised they were offering flights from Bristol airport that don't exist via air Malta which doesn't run from Bristol the flight wasn't to Paris it was to an airport 90 kilometers away and they quoted flight times of quarter past midnight out and six o'clock in the morning back again flights that don't exist they weren't interested in the voucher at all only charging the extra 89 pound per person I've contacted voucher directly using the whats app and also via Facebook and the replies I've had back have been very unsatisfactory saying things like will be back with you in 24 hours that was four days ago we still had nothing I want a refund completely of all the money I paid as the product wasn't as advertised so far not heard anything back from Wowcher about this again please don't buy any of the short break holidays it's a complete scam
