As promised an update every day.
I finally got my refund, took 3 months of empty promises, but it arrived in my bank account on Sunday.
Shame I had to come to trust pilot daily for my issue to be looked at, but I was only followng the advice of google on how to get a refund from wowcher.
Thank you to who ever it was at wowcher who actually pressed the button and sent me my money.
Back again as promised. Wowcher have till Thursday to return my money for goods that where ordered but never shipped.
I have responded to them through trust pilot before, and nothing was done. Just here keeping you all updated.

Someone has taken note as I've received 3 emails today promising a refund and an apology. This has been promised 4x before, so not holding my breath.
Will keep everyone posted on how it progresses.

This is now my 4th review! I really hope people read reviews before ordering the beds from Cloud9yn via Wowcher! It’s now been 4 weeks since I had the bed delivered, the bed came and the packaging was absolutely soaked and filthy to the point the wet had gone through to the bed base and since seeing photos of where this so called company stores the beds I know why it was in that state! (Wish I could post pics on here) I’m absolutely baffled as to why wowcher still work with them. I have been emailing and whatsapp continuously for 4 weeks now trying to get a refund and have gotten absolutely no where! 4 weeks of pure stress and tears with a bed still sat here, £270 down and my son without a new one!!
I will not be using wowcher again. I bought a mattress that was due ro arrive 2 weeks ago. Contacted the company with zero response. Have had a generic email that they will contact me withing 2 working days and nothing. Out of pocket and no mattress. I wouldn't recommend and have been scammed by this company
Just seen a response from wowcher saying I've been cash refunded, I have not. I am still 14.99 out of pocket, I paid twice for one item because they said they would credit the amount I had already paid. I couldn't find a way of using the credit, but maybe that's how they make their money trick people into buying a voucher and when they don't use the voucher it expires, money for nothing. I paid 14.99 to livingsocial, I didn't know I was buying a voucher I believed I was buying a meat shredder. A meat shredder that arrived damaged, I want my 14.99 back, as is my right. But this crowd of scammers won't give me my money back, so I've paid 14.99 for a damaged meat shredder. Don't trust them they are swindlers and scammers.
Please be careful when ordering. The customer service is via wats app and run by a robot.
They have offered me my voucher back for the faulty goods I ordered (which were of very poor quality) I just want a full refund and no one cares.

Been trying to contact this company regarding a refund for a hotel stay for almost a week now. My boyfriend initially booked to go to Amsterdam but was given a voucher to go to Vinkeveen which was refused to be changed. We have already paid a lot of extra and now been asked to pay the double the price to move the booking back to Amsterdam where we originally booked which is ridiculous.
Their “holiday packages” supplied by prime holidays are HUGE cons.
DO NOT PURCHASE. Under any circumstances. Prime Holidays will offer made up flights that don’t exist and when confronted about the flight references and actual existence, they suddenly revert to “standard package sold out”. PH works only to try and coerce more money out of the customer, and Wowcher just continuously defers customers to PH, even though they’re the ones who sold it to you!!!
Keep in mind that you need to have already purchased and redeemed the voucher to get the product (which you won’t get anyway) so Wowcher will say “we can’t refund you because you redeemed it!”
Even though the product ADVERTISED BY THEM was also never completed and your contract of sale with Wowcher is also void if the voucher isn’t fulfilled.
Whats even better is I paid an extra £4.99 for the voucher protection on both vouchers (an extra £9.98) to have “no quibble refunds” if something went wrong - as I already had some distrust in Prime Holidays looking at the mixed 1 and 5 star reviews on their page.
Paid extra for protection, only to be left completely unsupported by Wowcher. Honestly baffles me why they even partner with a scam business unless they’re also profiting off of it! 🤔🤔
I ordered a blender.
It arrived damaged and unusable.
I contacted Wowcher via wats app.
I was told the third party seller would get back to me within 24 hrs.
I have heard from no one and wow her are not answering my messages.
I will never order through them again.
