The booking was made by phone and was very seemless. The technician showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. After checking the system, he was very concise on how the system worked along with its advantages and disadvantages which were acceptable. Overall, an excellent experience!
Having 3 issues or changes I. needed assistance with I had to deal with 3 seperate agents who all performed their respective duties with the utmost kindness,knowledge patience and professionalism. Kudos to Xplore for their employee selection particularly with these 3 whom deservedly should be recognized for their exemplary service and representation of this company!!! Thumbs up 👍👍👍
