I was excited to have internet at my new place and found the experience to be awesome. From having every step of the process explained to me and the two technicians who came to do the install were nothing short of knowledgeable, personable and very professional. I would recommend Xplore to all my acquaintances looking for a great internet service.
We have really been enjoying your service when we are up at our house up North. The streaming is fast and effective and better even than when we started with you. It means a great deal to us to still be well connected with the outside world!!! Also in May we were going up to our place and I had forgotten to reinstate your service. I was able to do it on my cell phone and have it operational when we arrived a few hours later. Just fantastic!!!
The agent who took my call was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was patient and answered my many questions. She arranged our service upgrade for the day following my request . The technician was well trained, friendly and helpful.
I have been with Xplornet for 9 years now and generally the product and service has been excellent. My only negative complaint is like ALL other companies they offer great discounts to new customers but their long standing existing customers do not receive these deals. I guess this is how the world does business now.
As far as satellite internet goes, I'm happy with Xplore. They're fast at responding to my technical issues and helped resolve things quickly. Since they launched the newer satellites, I'm glad that we can have high speed internet in remote areas.
I have been a customer since 2005 and have had reliable service 99% of the time.The service delivered often exceeds the plan I'm subscribed to and downtime is minimal at our location.Any time there's been a technician on site they've been great to deal with and make sure all my concerns are addressed before leaving.I should also mention I'm aware of many in my area that don't share my views but to be fair their issues are usually caused by topography (obstructions in line-of-site) and not the system itself.
I have used their service for a number of years. My main concern with internet service is dependability. I depend on internet service every minute of every day and their service is 100 percent dependable. Their speed is great and I have unlimited data so how can you get better than that.
