Paid for a premium wireless service for 3+ years which was frequently unreliable. Tech support was hopeless and I was usually forced to resolve the problem on my own. In the end, their service dropped down to 35% of average speed performance for 10 days with no technical solutions or repairs provided. Then it was accidentally mentioned that the tower was scheduled for permanent shutdown in 2 weeks, so no repairs would be completed.No notification of service termination was ever provided. I cancelled the service immediately and switched to a competitor which has been a huge improvement with double the speeds and very consistent service to date.
If zero was an option I’d give them that! I live in the country so the only option for internet was Xplore for over 6 years. Not only was the internet way overpriced, for not even a good amount of data, it never worked, unless it was clear skies. Recently, a new tower was put up in our are, so I was able to get the new provider and called to cancel Xplore. The lady on the phone told me that she recommended 2 free months, just in case my new provider wasn’t meeting my standards. I said I didn’t need it as our new internet is already running & working well, so they could come get their equipment. She said they didn’t need to get their equipment, and she was going to grant me the 2 free months anyways, and after 2 months my internet would expire. Come to see that they charged me over $100 for 2 months of internet that I didn’t use. When calling I am told that it’s my issue, as I didn’t call to cancel. I said that is not what I was told, please review my call. To then be told that I’m basically lying, as they are trained professionals, who would never say that to me. Then I was told to leave a message with a manager who would get back to me in 24 hours. That took almost a week… where they told me that the payments were valid. Disgusting money hungry business. That has zero customer service, and empathy!
I'm very happy with my line of sight internet. It's much faster and more stable than the Bell DSL line that was my only other choice. Although it is more expensive than other services, they have excellent customer service and technical support.
We have a summer home in West St. Andrews NS, and needed a good internet service. Xplore net is just the right fit. We installed in 2023. We have solid internet and wifi to stream movies to our fire tv stick. We can also temporarily disable our accountvwhen we are away. Great service, I highly recommend.

You answer calls quickly, your agents are both knowledgeable and personable, pricing has been fair and the overall level of service has been completely acceptable. Xplore has become a much better company. I am a satisfied customer.
