Great customer service

I've been a customer of Xplornet for a while now and called in for help on occasion. Delt with several different representatives and they all had in common friendly, curtious, helpful nature and took care of all my needs right away. Always a wonderful experience. The service and equipment has always worked great with no interruptions. Best customer experience I have ever had.

Scheduled to have a site…

Scheduled to have a site visit/installation performed last week. Took the afternoon off, but they never showed up. . . I've also left several messages with the sales agent who booked the appointment [sarah.oniwinde], no return phone call as yet!Happy to have found this site and read the reviews. .Xplore can take a hike as far as I am concerned!

Was a customer for over 10years

Was a customer for over 10years. Very expensive, terrible customer service even by the standards of the day. It's not all bad though, due to their appalling work from home impossible to hear 'service advisors' I shopped around I now get the same service from telus for 40% of the cost and no limit use.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I was told after 30 days being with the company that I would get a 150 Amazon gift card. I received nothing after 30 days so I went into a customer service chat the worker said to check back in at the 45 day mark so I did now I’m told 60 days. When asked why I was told 30 days when I signed up now told double the time they refuse to respond to my question ending that chat and saying have a nice day with no help or response as to why there is such a difference in what I was told when I signed up. Absolutely terrible people to speak with

This company is the absolute worst…

This company is the absolute worst company to deal with. When they setup our account they did not add a primary contact. So as per their instruction we emailed them twice with a letter from the actual company owner. They said he is not authorized. I called 4 times to have our account cancelled but they will not do it. They have charged us 4 extra months now since first asking to cancel. Now we cannot cancel because they won't accept the letter and won't listen to me who is the only person on the account but only listed as authorized and not primary account holder, in which they have no one. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, They are scammers and fraudsters.

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service! There is no communication whatsoever.I had xplore installed, they charged me $159 to install it, it was horrible quality so a couple weeks later they came out to "fix it" and charged me an additional $159. It was still really choppy and slow even though it was supposed to be the best option.So I cancelled my service with them and they told me they would keep my account open for a couple months in case I wanted to come back so it would be "convenient" for me without telling me that if I didn't call and recancel something I had already cancelled, they would start charging me again. So they charged me $106 for 6 days of "use" even though I had nothing of their hooked up.I was asked how to return their equipment and they said I would either need to pay someone $150 to remove it for me or I would have to go on my two storey house roof and remove it myself or get charged $500 for not returning it in 30 days....These guys are the BIGGEST scammers I have ever met!!!!
