Decided to move to VOIP and Yay was recommended. Despite being a techie myself, the terminology was confusing. So many acronyms. I emailed the Help@ and received quick and concise advice. I then had further difficulties getting the final connection made and a phone call to Yay resulted in terrific active assistance which solved the issue. Thank you to Dom and Penny.
I recently moved a landline to VOIP with Yay. I was lost in terms of setup and was lucky enough to get through to Rowan. He understood exactly what was needed and was so friendly, patient and helpful getting everything done which I could never have managed on my own. I can't praise him highly enough and will continue to recommend Yay.
We have used Yay for our small Business needs for about a year. All good in the main, but we had issues with the CRM link up. Once Junaid got involved he would not let it go until the problem was resolved. Along the way he even managed to help us bin off our antiquated cloud desk phones and finally move to headsets, something I wouldn't have had the patience to even attempt without Junaids assistance and we are now confidently using. Thank you for persevering with us and being good to talk to whilst working on our Account :)
