Not Sorry for Mistake

Glitch in their system prevented renewal, they won't give a credit. Their staff couldn't handle it. BIG waste of time.

Wireless broadband

Wireless broadbandHorrible. I got this 5G broadband, which is so slow, especially regarding the upload speed. you cannot Do anything with that. Teams calls are lagging all the time. They also charge $80 for this service while Vodaphone charges $65. I have been with them for around 2 years and it is getting worse with time rather than improving. I cancelled this service today and will try Vodaphone. NOT RECOMMENDED

The calling policy isn't the best

The calling policy isn't the best, I feel as we should call whoever we want for however long we want without the suspension to our calls towards a single person, and I very much disagree with that policy.

Such a horrible customer care service…

Such a horrible customer care service provider! Most of the representatives are not knowledgeable. The staff in the shops are the same, always providing incorrect information. I first went to the shop, where they told me to contact customer care. After waiting for an hour, customer care asked me to go back to the shop, saying they couldn’t assist. When I returned to the shop, the staff said the previous staff member had given me the wrong information. Even after 12 days, they failed to resolve the issue, resulting in the temporary deactivation of my mobile number

2 degree is a rip off. Very bad provider. I have made a complaint to Telecommunications dispute tribunal waiting for a reply.

Scatterbrained Billing & Sub Par Admin

I switched to 2 Degrees (2D) from Spark just before Christmas 2024 and it's been one hassle after another re: billings and payments.Some of it is my mistake as 2D maintains two separate accounts for the home broadband and mobile services.Although I though I sorted this issue out after the first month, I have since been receiving txt messages and e-mails telling me that I have not paid the account!Upon checking my bank statements and cross-referencing it to the 2D invoices, it was found that their way of billing is totally confusing as the charges for my home plan appear on their invoice for mobile services.I have today clarified with the customer help, who maintain that I have not paid my home account in full despite making payment to the ampount shown to the account stated on their invoice.I have made the payment but am expecting 2D to foul up again next month by:1) Not picking up the credit on the overpaid mobile account2) Again claiming that I have not paid my account (take your pick as to which).Totally disgusted with their admin and can't wait for the current contract to lapse and it'll be off to another provider.

Company deserves a minus rating

Shame I can't give a minus rating as this is what this company deserves. Couldn't use my phone yesterday as there was not enough credit. Very bizzare as I have monthly autopay set up with them (and have had for the past 2 years) and according to the dashboard I had 600 minutes and 15GB data available. Phoned them and waited 1 hour 10 minutes to then be abruptly disconnected. Phoned back on many many occasions but couldn't wait in the queue as it had 'temporarily' been disabled due to very high volume of calls. Call centre then closed at 8pm until 10am this morning. Managed to finally speak to someone this morning and after much back and forward and being told that I needed to reboot my phone it transpired that 2Degrees had had a technical problem over the past few days with their autopay and as a result they had not processed my monthly payment so they put my service on hold as it was 'unpaid'. Apparently this had affected many many customers hence their long call queues last night. How about putting a message on their website rather than leaving people high and dry without a phone service. Absolutely disgusting

Worst provider ever

The most utterly worst broadband provider I have ever had the displeasure of joining. Firstly when they changed from flip to two degrees I wasn't informed it was an extra 49 dollars a month and until I was cut off twice. since then I've been cut off another two times when I am told that I am in credit through an email I then get an invoice in a disconnect saying that I am in debt. It makes no sense ! completely unprofessional .no one keeps up with the emails and stays on the same track. I would fully recommend never using this company

Worst in NZ

Had an error on my account, was informed via email that I would receive $150 creoft back to the account. When I went to check, they had removed access to my account. Attempting to call the service line resulted in me being told it would take 3 weeks, which is ridiculous. The representative was incredibly unhelpful, at one point not even responding to questions I was asking.
