Shocking customer service when you call…

Shocking customer service when you call them. They weren’t able to help with anything when I was trying to pay a bill and just told me to go to the app which is confusing. Didn’t end up figuring out how to do it and just gave up! Also put my bill up by $10 with no communication. Avoid avoid avoid.

Waited there at least for 2 hours

Waited there at least for 2 hours, was told to come later to pick up only to be called the next day with the purchase being unapproved. Sad that Spark and many others do it better.

Absolutely FERAL employees

Absolutely FERAL employees. They blatantly steal from people in the office we (unfortunately) share with them. Zero concept of personal hygiene. I’ve raised this with them on various occasions. No change in behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

Worst phone company in NZ!

Joined 2 degrees for the cheapest rates in NZ. When leaving NZ, I informed them via email that I had moved. They continued charging me for 3 months after my email. I kept refusing to pay, until they threatened to take it to credit consultants. I agreed to pay by the end of March, and made payment to them for everything owing on the 27th of March. I had until the 3rd of April. They still took it to credit consultants, and I woke to an email from them this morning. My Mum also had issues with this company. Do NOT join 2 degrees!! They're a rip off company that try to charge you everything they can.

In order for you to cancel your plan

In order for you to cancel your plan, they have to fill out a form and another team has to authorise the cancellation. But I got told the queue is quite long so I’ll have to wait a long time to speak to someone and a call back request will be 2-5 days. It can’t be that hard to cancel my plan and have to wait up to 5 days for authorisation is just crazy. Bad service.

Wireless broadband is NOT equal

if your after customer service (from whom was the leader in this field) a few years ago, prepare to be terribly disappointed!If your targeted with promises that moving to 5g (or 4g) wireless broadband will be equivalent to your fibre connection (and save $20/MTh), prepare for terrible performance and router issues with nobody available to help sort your problems.This is no longer the Fighting for fair company it once was, privately acquired 3years back to acquire a mobile network and strong brand loyalty, it now has an aggressive obligation to return investment revenue back to the land of Oz.Google reviews over the last 2years and take heed.

Simply the worst broadband connection and customer service in New Zealand..! Useless! Please don’t go with 2degrees for anything you will surely regret!!!!

Internet drops out regularly for a…

Internet drops out regularly for a couple of seconds. doesn't affect video streaming but you can't use for video calls. Even on a 100mb/s fibre plan we are unable to use two devices at a time. If you have the TV on (standard HD netflix) you can't use internet on your mobile. I just keep my mobile on 4g the whole time - wifi is too unreliable. I have spent 2-3hours on calls with 2 degrees tech support and have given up on a solution. Obviously I have no choice but to transition to a more competent supplier but 2degrees want to charge an early termination fee.

I just joined was told my internet…

I just joined was told my internet would be connected 21/3/25 .Got home found nothikg connrcted they even disconnected my previous provider. And didn't even bother to let my me know they hadn't connected the net . No txt or email. I spent an hour on phone to be spoken to like I was dumb .I'm actually thinking about canceling them.out completely. Absolutely crap service and to think I signed up for a year with them and it's started out bad already abf uts the bloody weekend trash service
