I had a terrible experience with 2 Degrees, especially with their customer service. I encountered an Asian lady named Dolly at the Glenfield branch who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was just trying to make a purchase, but she had a negative attitude. If I could leave a negative rating, I would!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Called to cancel in advance. However they cancelled a month early. Took me 10 days to re-instate the internet. They then continued to bill me for several months following the cancellation after I had moved house to use another internet service provider. Took me a long time to sort out. The internet service they provided was patchy - would constantly cut out. This is the first online review I’ve left - but I have to let people know how terrible this company is. Please avoid at all costs.

Worst mistake I made last year was…

Worst mistake I made last year was trying to save a bit of money but changing to these fools.My credit rating has been tarnished over this whole process.There website is garbage, there payment terms are unreasonable, example for to the charge over from slingshot to 2degrees from Hell there were payment issues etc, yes I may have been late by a couple of days, still paid,I then happen to get notified by clear score a credit app about a non payment. So I ring and try and get this resolved and they basically told me no to bad.So my credit has been effected now, you guys have been paid days after its due and only because of the change over.I can not wait to end my contract with you.I hope people read the reviews, don't think that it's a deal, it's not worth saving maybe $150 to deal with this rort of a company, despicable.

Bought a $20.00 pack and got charged twice…

Bought a $20.00 pack and got charged twice. Emailed to get it fixed and have still not received a response. It has been 2 months. Also the cell reception is atrocious. Never had any of these issues when with spark. I am probably going to switch again.

I'm sorry to say but unfortunately dealing with staff where English is not their first language I find extremely frustrating and struggle to understand what they are saying.

About a year ago I went in to the Ormiston branch. The indian sales man completely lied to get a sale he quoted me 50 dollars a month but failed to mention the handset. I will never buy from Two degree again.You don't lie to get a sale now he has lost one personimagine if he does this to everyone.
