Absolute nightmare , plan finished and went in to store to settle account where i was told everything is good and no money owing, went back to prepay but next month received another bill were is was told it was outstanding money then this month again over it
Worst customer service. Absolute nightmare to try and speak with a real person instead of just automated systems. As soon as you miss a payment, you can't contact them anymore because it'll redirect to the auto payment line. Have to borrow a friend's phone to call them
Worst customer service ever. Told my phone number 20 times, the indian lady do not understand phone number asking so many times and so rude!! arrrgh. i just hung up because i was on the phone for 30 min for one small issue and not solved! i just got so pissed off. wasting my time. arrrgggh
SCAMMERS!! signed up for $70 a month broadband, and the keep sending invoices for 72-73, and giving me some bu*&( sh^* explanations about it. never using this company again.Most likely they get away with this all the time as people wont spent 30 min on the phone with them to complain about $2-$3.
Recently, I was forced to pay unfair termination fees when I moved properties, with no consideration given to my long-term relationship with 2degrees, the history of my contracts, or the circumstances surrounding the move. I received no support, flexibility, or understanding from 2degrees service team.Furthermore, I want to highlight that the only reason I had to sign a new agreement 10 months ago was due to an error on 2degrees' part — my account was mistakenly cancelled by the administration team, forcing me into a new contract. Despite this mistake being no fault of my own, I am now being penalised.They also did not supply the free 6 months Prime subscription as advertised due to invalid codes, and were not willing to supply a correct code, and the coverage is only on OK, if you want to use data then you will struggle to get enough bars for reception.
What an absolute joke of a company. Ever since we moved our business services to them, we have had nothing but dramas. Incorrect billing issues, phones not setup correctly, so when we cut over my wife's phone didn't work properly. Latest is now I have gone 5days with no mobile data at ALL.. and they don't seem to be able to fix it.. provide NO proactive resolution or updates, simply appears they don't give a crap. I would NOT recommend this cirrus to anyone. Should have thought about it more, before we enlisted a company that uses virtual llama as their ads. This clearly shows the level of service on offer, an animal zoo.. (virtually)
I accidentally crushed my iPhone 15 Pro Max, contacted insurance..all good but I have to send my phone to assessor and won't be contactable!Found an old iPhone X in a drawer, took it and the crushed phone to my 2 Degrees shop(Coastlands, Kapiti)..Dion spent all of Wednesday attempting to transfer data between the phones..evidently OS 18 in the 15 Pro won't go into the OS 16 in the X!!!My wife produces a slightly damaged iPhone 11 which has OS 18...I take it back to Dion, who overnight transfers the data for me, enabling me to submit my phone for assessing.I cannot speak highly enough of Dion Bly, Asst. Manager of 2 Degrees Corporate Shop in Coastlands..went well above and beyond providing excellent service(without charge!) Over the last 10 years, this man and his team have provided consistently high customer service to my wife and I..nothing is too much trouble.RobC
