Would give a negative star review if I could. Customer service is ridiculously bad. Rang to ask a question around commercial policy with electricity and assistant refused to answer constantly quoting privacy??? Apparently they can’t advise consumers of policies, terms or conditions on the phone, was told to look it up. Supervisor wouldn’t talk to me and I was called rude several times. Worst customer service experience I have ever had
If I could give you zero star I would. Horrible customer service team! Went to transfer my Sim from one to 2degrees and some idiot gave me a business Sim instead of a personal Sim! Its taken you 5 days to do this transfer! Honestly the worse service both over the phone and over the counter! Please retrain your staff in Takanini branch! This is still ongoing and has taken 3 instore visits and 7 calls. Ridiculous!!!
Service continued to get worse and worse and the price keeps going up. Customer service is some of the worst / slowest. Was good, now isn't. I would rate at '0' if I could. Company has gradually gotten greedier and harder to communicate with.
I have called into your Glenfield branch many times and each time the service has not been helpful at all. The staff are not very friendly either and it clearly showed they did not enjoy their job. This time I decided to pop into your Albany branch hoping for better service. However, the rep kept talking over us to the point she wouldn't answer a question and I literally interrupted her saying "he's asked you a question, can you please answer it at which time she said she didn't know. The rep kept telling is what 2 degrees don't do, until I asked her "what can you help us with in terms of what we are requesting!". That became a lightbulb moment and bingo there was an easy solution. The effort to get to that point was unnecessary and condescending from the rep. Please sort your customer service out and retrain your staff on your products and what they can do to help customers rather than what they can't do. Your company is worse than dealing with government departments.
They should add negative stars for reviews. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by 2degrees. I bought the $60 a month broadband plan and ordered the service asap (the next working day). Anyway 5 days later they finally hooked up the service and I was promised in the plan 80mbs download speed but I have only ever reached 40mbs download. Terrible customer service couldn't figure out how to delete old account that was hooked up to my last house because for some reason they couldn't transfer the same account to the new house therefore had to create a new account which I could not get into until someone finally sorted it out. Extremely unhappy. Useless service and trashy speed for the price. Worth spending the extra $10 a month elsewhere. Absolutely terrible 2degrees.
The new backend systems at 2Degrees and the app tell 2 different stories. When you call customer support they cant see prepaid numbers attached to yr business account so cant help you. You can see them in a web browser but cant do anything with them. My address in the app is from 8 years ago and the web site is correct. All in all their new systems are awful and I was told that linking monthly accounts and prepaid all in one place is months away so after 15+ years with 2D Ive ported out. their services as a mobile provider are great UNTIL you need help then its really bad
