After cancelling my broadband with them…

After cancelling my broadband with them they kept making up instances that I needed to pay them. Rip offs! Don’t touch them you will regret it!

2degrees must be going bankrupt

We have been with 2degrees for 10+ years and live at the same house but their cellphone coverage has become really patchy over the past 2-3 years, and our "fibre" broadband is slow and unreliable. I have tried to get them to sort it out, but customer service is very unhelpful. They are in defence mode all the time and it's obvious staff hate the company and their jobs (after reading these reviews, I can see why!) So pleased I've finally made to move to another company and look forward to telling 2degress where to go. They're even trying to make leaving them difficult and costly but the way they are doing it is actually illegal so could be a strong class action case against 2degrees brewing here for any lawyers interested.

Do not use 2Degrees!!

We cancelled our fibre and now we hardly have wifi. Still paying for the high speed until it is cancelled. Cancelled because cost just went up with no notice given.

I have been a customer for years and…

I have been a customer for years and the mobile department is the worse. They still cut you off while you are on a payment plan. Reception gets bad some times.

Service going down the drain. CEO and head operation am a customer for 2 degress for nearly 15 years. Am pissed of recently as the payments systems changed. POLI System used to bethe best ever i had found. Its going shitty RUBBISH now. One day everybody will be using one nz service provider. Head of operations please contact me.

It used to be a great company

It used to be a great company. Customer service has now moved to overseas operators who clearly lack training. A mission to resolve any issues. Is also expensive. Better Telcos are out there!

Stay away from 2degrees power!!

Be warned! DO NOT transfer to 2degrees power regardless of other bundle discounts. They charge double the charge out rates compared to other companies and do so shamelessly. I was hit with a $220 bill for 2 weeks power supply. I live on my own, work full time from the office and I don't have a tumble dryer. Do not use these guys for power they will rip you off. 🤬

I wish I never signed up with them

I wish I never signed up with them! Call centre people have no idea what they are doing and the people in the store are the same. When I called, emailed and even went into my local store to sort out the issue I have, none of them were able to help, hopeless!
