Would give a negative star review if I could. Customer service is ridiculously bad. After receiving an email notifying of a price increase I rang to ask whether my existing loyalty discounts would apply and was told two would and support would get back to me in email they never did, rang support again and they gave me a quoted price for a slower broadband and I accepted this, sent an email to support accepting this offer and had no response so sent again only to receive an email with a higher price quoted. Absolutely ridiculous support and complaints system where customers get ignored.

Absolute terrible customer service for their broadband. Their service is good when it works, but when it doesn't, do not expect customer service to solve it; they are clueless.I have their 500/100 fibre package, but getting 100/20 speed, and they can't fix it

Absolute worst company i have ever been…

Absolute worst company i have ever been with. And im iunfortunaly stuck with them at least on my mobile plan for a whole longer. Power bill miraculously jumped from 170 a month to 260 upon joining . The bundle discounts are a load of bs because they off set them with higher rates. I had a 80 dollar mobile bill I was unable to pay due to hardship and they cut it off. Over 80 dollars that was 1 week over due . Absoultte pricks

Do not join this power company

Do not join this power company. This winter, I have been charged over $500 for 2 people for the past 3 months. I understand the cost increases during winter but the amount I need to pay monthly is totally unaffordable (especially with the cost of living as it is now). I've asked for a review which has not been responded to, their comms are crap but are quick to send my latest bill (yes, it is probably an automated system that sends invoices). I've since moved power companies and regret ever having considered them. Highly disappointed.

2 degrees is a total rip off.i was approached be a slick cold calling salesman wanting to sell a bundle deal power,mob,and broadband.he promised parity with my previous provider.a bill blow out of $105,I refused to pay penalty rates were applied,then began the broadband throttling down,confirmed by 2degrees staff in writing.i was threatened with terminated services.stealthy billing etc.it is now in the hands of utility disputes tribunal.what a greedy manipulative company run by idiots.my advice don’t go with 2degrees.the latest move by 2degrees was to withhold my mobile number and not release it to a new provider,which is illegal,we have been without mobile service for a week due to their games.where is the CEO DO NOT GO NEAR 2 DEGREES THEY ARE VENDICTIVE CROOKS.

Would give this a -star rating if possible. Opened a Business account with 5 lines, and due to lack of communication a error had incurred on my personal account the one number came from. This is not the main issue, it took 5 calls, 5 escalations for the sales consultant to FINALLY call me back, not even apologising for taking that long, then threatening by saying "What if he listens to the recordings and I am wrong, what am i gonna do then". I then AGAIN asked to speak to his manager it has been 2 days and this manager could not be bothered to call me back.

Worst customer service experience ever

Would give a negative star review if I could. Customer service is ridiculously bad. Rang to ask a question around commercial policy with electricity and assistant refused to answer constantly quoting privacy??? Apparently they can’t advise consumers of policies, terms or conditions on the phone, was told to look it up. Supervisor wouldn’t talk to me and I was called rude several times. Worst customer service experience I have ever had
