Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. When I switched to them my modem didn't appear to work. Because it wasn't their modem they were not interested in helping. Instead they informed me I could pay an extra $5 a month to rent one of there's. I managed to sort the issue to avoid this. The wait on the phone is long and they are rude. I tried contacting them via email but they never respond meaning you have to than call them. When I signed up there was meant to be a $150 credit and 6 months prime for the $85 plan I have, however they attempted to state I wasn't on the right plan for this even when it explicitly states it on their website. Unfortunately I signed up for a year but after this I'd rather pay $5 extra a month for skinny. Sort your stuff out 2 degrees !

worst phone mobile provider I've used

I was with Skinny but there was a good deal for a new phone with half off plans for 2 degrees so I changed but I regret it. My coverage often drops out, the app is horrendous to use, paying my bill takes about 15 tries on the app before it loads my credit card info, it's hard to find out how much of your data or calls etc you've used. do NOT switch to 2 degrees, it's not worth it. as soon as my contract is up I'll move back to skinny

Choose a different provider

When topping up it can hours (even days!) for the phone credit to become available. I've been caught out with data packs auto renewing when topping up. I've also topped up $19 for a $19 prepaid plan and been told I don't have enough money for the top up. There service is so rubbish. I've moved to Skinny and are a lot happier.

Fraudulent company

Worse even phone company, their fibre keeps dropping in and out, they blame you for their problems, even after trying end their services they make it harder and send silly emails etc after 2 weeks talking to a lawyer and filing court orders they committed fraudulent charges ..

Stupid Customer service, they basically told me we don't need your money and we don't care about loosing you as a customer, i wonder how many people leave 2 degrees everyday!!!

What used to be a good company has…

What used to be a good company has rapidly gone downhill.I've been with them for years but my monthly plan was going up and up.I left and joined skinny but had a problem with their sim so made the terrible decision to go back to 2degrees. Took me 2 days to sort out a bunch of problems with their sim so now I'm waiting for my prepay plan to run out and I'm leaving them for good.Terrible customer service also and in their shops I'm pretty sure they don't know what they're doing either as I went to one of their shops 3 times in one day.Look elsewhere, not worth the hassle and stress of this poor company

To the darkest pit of HELL with 2 Degrees

I never want to hear the words '2 Degrees' again. I got a sales call, asking me if I'd like to switch to their broadband as I have a mobile account with them. I foolishly agreed and really wish I hadn't. Getting the modem set up proved impossible, even after two frustrating hours on the phone to various tech support people.Eventually, I decided this miserable experience wasn't worth it and gave up. I called my previous broadband provider and asked to have my service re-instated. They managed to do this instantly.NEVER deal with 2 Degrees. This is useless, corporate f*#k-around on a grand scale.
