This company has no retail locations in the US; it’s an online-only store based in China. The site claims "returns are no problem," but that's misleading. Any return must be shipped to China, which is costly. If you choose to keep the item, they’ll offer a 10% refund for your dissatisfaction. It’s a losing situation either way. Avoid unless you are completely certain about your purchase.
I bought a blazer without checking on Trustpilot. Big mistake! The item was not as presented and was ill-fitting.Their return process is ridiculous. I am responsible for shipping the item to China, not New York or I may keep the product and get a 10 percent discount. So disappointing!
I would give it a -10 if there was a -star for it. So much false advertising. I ordered a 100% merino wool sweater and received a sweater with a 100% polyester tag in it. Their website states that they issue return (but not free). I When I went to return it, I expected to lose $10, but it turned out that I was only going to receive $4!!! It was completely false advertising. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Total RIP OFF please do not order from this company merchandise is trash, nothing like what you ordered, and the refund Policy is bull crap, you have to pay for shipping back to China and all customs clearance taxes and fees, and they suggest you donate to planting trees and they will give you 10 percent of your purchase amount, are they stupid or what. Read the reviews before buying anything to be safe when purchasing from China or anywhere else. WILL NEVER purchase from this company again and neither should you, merchandise does not look like the pictures and the quantity is TERRIBLE 👎👎👎👎
If I could give 0 stars, negative stars, I would do so, like everyone else who has had the misfortune of ordering anything from this company. THEY ARE THIEVES, CHEATS & LIARS. Criminals.I ordered one sweater; when it finally arrived it was the wrong size and misshapen- deformed-with a weird smell. Their return policy is a fraud. I consider it a $50.00 lesson for ordering something online from China. I won’t make that mistake twice.
Your offers of 10 or 15% back is just part of your scam. Your responses to people’s online reviews are also a scam designed to make those who don’t know better think you are legit. I do not want your fake merchandise with a percentage back. Not would I give your awful merchandise to anyone.You are under investigation by my bank and numerous people have reported you to the attorney generals office.I want a full refund immediately. I will also post this very email as a review. I will continue to let people know that you are a scam until you refund my entire payment.
