Awful experience, disappointing product quality and inconsistent sizing. In response to the company's reply: I reached out to the support team before sharing my thoughts here, and it's amusing that the company chooses to respond to this instead of addressing my support case for a resolution. This clearly shows that you care more about your reputation than about genuinely assisting your paying customers. Please address my support case, thank you!
I ordered a puffer jacket in October, and it arrived at the end of November. I’m glad winter isn’t over yet! The jacket had a hood, but I think I ordered one without. There was a strong odor from the fabric that hasn’t dissipated in three days. It looks a bit flimsy... I should avoid buying clothes online!
I placed two orders on November 11th. The first package arrived late, and the second still hasn’t arrived after over 20 days. I’ve emailed the company multiple times without receiving responses to my last two emails. The first package was delivered incorrectly and went missing. When I contacted the company, they referred me to the shipping company, which was unhelpful. This is incredibly unprofessional and misleading; the website claims to be based in Delaware, yet I can’t reach customer service. No customer should endure this hassle over a missing package. This company shouldn't operate in the US given how poorly they treat consumers.
If I could give negative stars, it would be more fitting, yet still too lenient. They displayed a lovely outerwear coat that my daughter wanted for Christmas. What I received was nothing like the advertisement. The fabric felt cheap and disposable, definitely not suitable for winter. The item resembled nothing from the picture. It’s something I would use for painting or cleaning. The return policy is unreasonable since I would have to pay to send it back to China, which is misleading as it appears to be a local company. Returning it would cost me at least what I paid for the coat; a $50 mistake and a lost Christmas gift. Buyer beware, this company should be shut down.
PLEASE, PLEASE DON’T DO IT. My mistake was purchasing without researching the company. Everything you read is TRUE. While waiting for a response about returning my item, I browsed the site and found the same boots I had previously bought elsewhere... yes, I got scammed on those too. What a surprise! If anyone wants my mistakes, send your address and I’ll send them to you for FREE! On second thought, maybe I should create a website titled "WHAT IS THIS?" It would highlight the absurdity of my purchases! At best, burn your stuff and move on, FACTS!

The blazer resembles a cheap Halloween costume. When I inquired about returning it, I received this response: "Thank you for your email. We do not offer a free return service, nor do we have a department store in the USA; we operate from China. We value our ecological process, which is why we have one central warehouse. Returning elsewhere could lead to package destruction and no refund. Alternatively, you can keep the item and receive a 10% refund." So, returning it means shipping it to China, costing $15 to $30. I reported this company to the appropriate authorities, and others should too.
