If you ever want to become tech savvy, try buying a ticket from AXS. I am having payment issues since past two years and noting gets resolved. The support always tries to divert attention to problem with banks/cards and your faulty laptop and internet connection issues. No one at support has any clue what is going wrong. They sometimes even advise you to try changing the internet connection. Come on AXS, just shut this website down.
Ticket Master are bad , this company and it's unfit for purpose ap and website are atrocious If any event i wish to attend necessitates the use of AXS and unfortunately many do, I won't be going. Nothing is worth the lost time and aggravation that attempting to use AXS provides. I wasted 2 hours today attempting to locate my tickets and when I do find them , I will attempt to sell them, probably costing myself yet more wasted time. If I can't sell them then I guess I just turn up at the venue and hope the website works? No! It's one thing to waste hours at home on a dud website but I'm not dragging myself to London on the off-chance that the AXS ap decides to work that day. I am done with AXS.
Disaster, trying to get Luke Combes world tour 2026 for August Wembley! I had Bootlegger early access and got through twice, each time putting 3 tickets in my basket, only to be told I couldn’t purchase them. These were 3 seats next to each other and the only ones on the row! Tried for an hour and then gave up! Crazy system!
I once thought Ticketmaster was the worst thing to happen to live music. Then I tried buying tickets through AXS...The last time I used software that even came close to being this completely broken and bug ridden, I was trying to install an experimental server on one of the worst operating systems of all time: Microsoft ME.I have never in my life encountered such a dreadful, unfit for purpose, utterly Non-functional website.Having been redirected multiple times, on 3 occasions to broken links which caused me to have to restart the whole checkout journey, I finally got through. Only to immediately be flagged as a bot despite passing the captcha 4 times and not using a VPN. After going through the whole process again from the beginning, the show was predictably sold out.A few weeks later some resale tickets were available. This time I actually managed to buy them. At least I thought I did. Until a few hours later when I got an email informing me my booking had been cancelled due to a missing payment (the funds had been taken from my account)After several days of trying to get customer support to resolve the issue, I was given a refund. Not the tickets. Not an apology. Not even an attempt to rectify the situation. I paid for the tickets. The checkout was successful. I had them taken off me for no reason as far as I can tell other than that I was unfortunate enough to be one of the thousands of customers who ran into a severe bug in the software.
Worst site for ticket sales ever. Getting super frustrated as resale tickets appear but no one actually can get them. If you finally get tickets to checkout, after a hundred times, you get an error message about the payment not being able to process. I've now wasted so many hours and days of my life with this crap.
They wouldn't recognise my mobile number so when they say they're going to send a code it never arrives. I had to give my husbands number. This is such a waste of time. What is wrong with emailing tickets. This process is so frustrating. Further more, there is no way of contacting anyone by phone or email. They use a bottle which doesn't understand.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. AXS is one of the worst and shadiest companies I have ever has the displeasure of having to use. "Insurance Coverage" wouldn't refund my ticket which I was sick, even with a doctors note. I then resold my ticket, and even though it was resold for the same price I bought it for, with their obscene sales fees I only got 50% of my money back (supposedly, I still don't see the money in paypal over a week later). Not to mention all the technical errors, awful app, and getting locked out of my account conveniently when I was trying to make an insurance claim (coincidence? probably, but you never know)
I would give this group a zero. No response to queries about why my tickets for the PBR event in Las Vegas are not in my account but the tickets from 7 and 8 years ago are. No contact phone number. Trust Pilot lists their address as "Los Angeles. United Kingdom' Last time I heard it was still in the USA.
