Don't buy it!!

Don't recommend!!! The app doesn't work very well there were always problems it didn't load or we could end the drive so we had to pay more.And the tickets are also a scam they say for the 3 day pass 40minutes every day but it was in total 40minutes. And the scooters weren't in good form as well, no lights, not good brakes and so on

I got over charged by this terrible company for a ride which didnt even work i been trying to get my money back $70 for a 20 minute ride which was a nightmare Dont waste your time

None worked!

I tried four scooters here in Lethbridge earlier, signed in, scanned QR for each unit and not one of them started. The headlight came on, power was almost full if not full on each and none moved. Good job. At least I wasn't charged for fun machine that took a crap and died!

If I could rate lower I would.

If I could rate lower I would.scooters don't work,app doesn't respond,very inconvenient parking spots.too expensive ,taking cab cheaper and over charge.wont go up any hill.helmets too small. Don't waste your money.

One star is far too many

One star is far too many! My daughter and I used them occasionally in Feurteventura we would’ve been cheaper using taxis and safer, I have complained about the cost but no response! My advice:- get a taxi or walk!!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the worst possible rental scooter company I have ever tried.Expensive, no place to park, bad layout on app, overall the worst.I almost got arrested because it forced me to go through a no drive zone to park.Don’t use Bird!!🦅
