I spoke with Lisa this morning she was soo amazing and helpful in helping me not only with how i could download my receipt so that she could view the details but was extremely patient and kind in taking her time to understand me. I feel so priveleged and happy to chat with her. Bless you Lisa your company is so lucky to have you.
Warning — do not dare to use this disgraceful shop! (shepton mallet) After spending over £89 in-store on Christmas gifts within a constrained budget, the company processed two payments using an outdated computer system. During the transaction, the system froze at an approved payment stage, leading staff to insist that the payment had not been successfully completed. Consequently, a pensioner was persuaded to make a second payment. Three days following the transaction, we are still endeavouring to recover our funds, despite both payments having been debited from the account. It’s an absolute disgraceUpdate: it took over a week to retrieve the funds.. Their problem turns into your problem, be very cautious!!
I recently visited a B&M store whilst on a day trip and bought a few items. Amongst them were six cushions as a gift. When I returned home I found I was charged for eight cushions. I contacted B&M who said go back to the store with the cushions. Two problems with this. I don't live near the store, and they were 'gifts' already in the hands of the receiver. Surely, B&M have CCTV that can see I was struggling at the till with transactions due to an issue with the card machine. Equally, their stock levels should show two extra cushions?Regardless, what would showing up with Six cushions demonstrate, I'm unlikely to go back with eight am I?I just wanted a bit of trust afforded to me from B&M. After all, we are asked to trust B&M by not taking till receipts (although it would be a cold day in hell if I trust them again with basic numeracy)I could hear the tutting in the queue behind me when I had to make several attempts with the card machine. And whilst struggling with 'SIX' (not eight) cushions in a 'BLUE IKEA BAG' that would show up on CCTV. At that point, I didn't think I would have to dig through everything and count the items I had paid for - whilst blocking the door exit which no doubt would have led to more tutting.I decided to trust B&M. That trust was misplaced when they pass the buck instead of resolving issues
I visited the Hexham branch today to purchase a large number of selection boxes as we have two local schools attend our premises to decorate our Christmas Tree, and Santa gives these as a present.The staff on the morning of Saturday 29th November'25 were first class!Very professional, helpful and obliging. After falling ill in the Bridgwater store this week the lovely member of staff was amazing didn’t get her name but she ran past the lisle to grab me water and told my daughter get me sat down all I can say is that she was a really lovely young lady with blonde hair I wil look for her on my next visit
