Isabelle at customer services was fantastic, had a very unpleasant and unhelpful time at two of my local stores in Glasgow north but this was sorted by this shinning star her fellow instore colleagues could take some training from her .
Fantastic communication and help from the 2 lovely Customer Services ladies I spoke with in connection to a parking fine I received for overstaying whilst shopping at their store. Lisa and Debbie.They were extremely helpful and prompt. Got it all sorted for me .. well done ladies.
Website stated emulsion paint 5 litre would be 22 pounds but all tins were 28 pounds in storeEmployee on till was obviously stressed in coping with customers (the till was long) .Wanted to get Matt White Paint but they only stock Lots Of Brilliant white
What an amazing store! My wife and I were able to complete our whole Christmas present shop in your Camberley store in one visit this week. Your vast selection of toys, food, drinks, homeware, pet supplies and festive items meant we were able to get it all done in one go. Yes we spent a fair bit but it was a fantastic experience.
After a bad experience at the till, I wrote a review about it. I then received an email from Sue asking me to contact them, which I did, the operator was so helpful, she did her best to search my item and clarify it for me. Sue also said she would look in to the report of the till staff and follow it up. I was happy with the polite, helpful reply from B & M. Haven't tried the item as it was a Christmas present.
I was returning some unwanted items to the Bridgend store of B&M but had lost my receipt. The cashier told me that I could ring customer service which I did and was they were able to get my receipt from my payment details. Jane from customer services was extremely helpful on the phone and also very good at her job. Unfortunately I did not get the names of the cashiers in the store, but again very efficient and knowledgeable about their job. Thank you very much B&M staff excellent customer care all round.
Amazing store with variety of good quality products under one roof. Welcoming braches in Carmarthen, Swansea and Cardiff with neat and tidy environment . Amazing Customer service onsite as well as via email. Sienna is professional and cordial.
