Went in B&M Beeston to find a Christmas…

Went in B&M Beeston to find a Christmas tree and lights. One really helpful sales assistant helped me choose a natural tree, got it to the till, checked the lights in the mains to check right colour had a good, sense of humour and basically went above and beyond, was a great shopping experience while I was feeling very under the weather. I bought an amazing natural tree for £15 was really surprised when I opened it up, i think approx 7 ft and took up a lot of space, looks amazing, so unexpected. Thank you B&M, I recommend for holidays and general homeware. Great value!

Very helpful and kind staff

My mother, who is in her eighties, visited her local March store and was so impressed with all the staff’s helpful ness and kindness. Especially the lady at the checkout whom my mother felt went above and beyond in not only packing her bags, but also volunteered to take them to the car! So a huge ‘Thank You’ to all.

I’ve been using the store for years but…

I’ve been using the store for years but a couple years ago unfortunately I lost my leg. The staff have always been helpful but since this even more so. I was given a parking ticket due to the time it takes me getting around and when I called the store they helped me sort it out and get it cancelled even tho they don’t own the car park they fought my corner. Honestly amazing staff in store and out. Thank you for all your hard work and merry Christmas xxx

The bedding is absolutely disgusting I bought a double it’s more like a super king cheap material and the price wasn’t cheap it’s absolutely ridiculous poorly made and over all the quality is rubbish for the money so disappointing never ever will I buy bedding from b n m again!!!

I use to love B and M for shopping all…

I use to love B and M for shopping all our family did .but not after being to three different B and M stores in two days looking for a blaupunkt hoover advertised on their website.First store in Bangor N.I two staff were really helpful trying to see if it was in stock..unfortunately it wasn't but I had other items to buy so went to the till.My friend and I were sharing a trolly and made it clear to the cashier it was two separate orders and put the dividing bar down between orders ..she failed to notice this and then got angry with us! Day 2 Newtownards store N.I, again asked a member of staff if this hoover was in stock .at the time he was ripping cardboard and putting it in a cage..he looked at me like I was something he stepped on ..said the store was a mess and he would be lucky to find anything in it but went anyway .one minute later he came back.He said he couldn't see any hoover as store was full, and carried on with his cardboard Day 2 Forestside Belfast N.I store,Asked a member of staff packing out about hoover . She nodded to the electrical shelf and said "That's all there is"The cashier had no customers , so I asked if she could check stock in other shops to save me time and petrol. "Wouldn't have a clue what's in other shops" was the answer.Shelf edged labels not under correct product ..stores very untidy ..and staff who just can't be bothered ..I will NOT be back in any B and M .
