First time customer… never again and I haven’t even tried their products yet.I ordered a Bose Soundbar 600 from the uk website, 1 week later I receive a wireless transmitter for a microphone from them. Ok mistakes can be made I understand that. After three phone calls later I’m told that I assure you you will receive the correct product this time and we apologise for our mistake. I wait another week only to be sent the right product with no uk plug. So I contact boss uk customer services to be told we cannot supply you with a uk power supply so I’ll need to go on amazon or eBay and purchase my own. Then if I can provide them with a receipt they’ll refund my money within 14 days!!!! ARE YOU FOR REAL BOSE???? I’ve ordered from the uk website to be sent an item from Holland with no uk plug and a company the size of BOSE cannot supply me with the correct item?!?!?!? I HAVE TO CORRECT YOUR MISTAKE AT FURTHER COSTS TO MYSELF????Have a word with yourself! Utter joke of a company! Should just have went for Sonos!
As mentioned by others, terrible customer support. They just end the chat and instead of offering to follow up when THEIR systems are down, they expect the customers to get back in touch. Considering the price point of their products the service is awful.
Appalling customer service. Unhelpful and unprofessional. Not willing to help to check delivery status despite delay after delay.Staff said they can’t access to customer account so no help could be offered. Staff claimed that no complaint channel or procedure.Bose US headquarters I think you should simply terminate your business in the UK if you are not going to change the way of UK operation. Your brand and reputation have been ruined here.
i will never order anything direct from bose again, or in fact from the brand. ordered headphones 10 days ago and for three days they said ‘order will be delivered’ by end of the day but nothing turned up for those three days. then when UPS finally said ‘out for delivery' UPS twice lied about failed delivery attempt, i was in and obviously would have heard the door bell and they left no card or delivered to a neighbor. Bose customer service completely useless and just wanted to fob me off to UPS. they gave no indication when the headphones will be returned to them and now have my money and i have no product! Bose and UPS are well matched together - two appalling companies! Avoid!
Such a disappointment. I have Bose products and they are super high quality. I have a bluetooth speaker and access to a partner's QC headphones. I enjoy using both. So, I decided to buy some QC headphones for myself in the Black Friday sale. An easy enough process so far.In the preceeding week I didn't hear anything until Wednesday. Fine. I am sure it is busy and what not. Then I get an mail saying delivery would be Thursday. No show. Then another saying, sorry Friday. No show. Nothing further heard over the weekend so I contact chat support. What followed was broken English and an inability to be able to check the order as the system was down. Needless to say when the headphones eventually show up I will be refusing delivery an getting a refund. Sony it is.
I received a faulty product and sent it back for a refund. A few weeks later after not being refunded, I contacted customer service who informed me my refund was being processed. Two weeks later and still no refund, I contacted customer service again who informed me they were having technical issues and couldn't locate my product - the agent then left the chat. In summary, I still have no refund and no idea whether I'll ever get one. Not to mention, all customer support was in broken english, with very generic "copy and paste" responses.
Ordered a pair of ultra earbuds as a Christmas present for my husband during the Black Friday offer. Was delighted to receive notification of delivery within days of ordering, but that's all it ever was, notification. The delivery never materialised and all their inept customer services team could ever offer was wait another few days. With Christmas fast approaching and around 4 or so promises of delivery made but never met, I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. This was agreed although the refund would take up to 10 business days (funny how your money is debited immediately but can never come back that quickly!) I ordered exactly the same item at the same price on Amazon and received it the next day! As with many others in similar situation, the message is DO NOT BUY DIRECT from Bose - there is absolutely no benefit and an awful lot of aggravation and disappointment in store if you do. They clearly have major logistical problems at the current time and just will not be transparent with customers at all.
Yesterday my Bose Solo 5 soundbar stopped working. First thought was that as it's 8 years old there wouldn't be much chance of having it fixed. I dropped the Bose Customer Support WhatsApp a line on Sunday evening, not expecting much because - well, it was a Sunday evening - and arranged for it to be sent off for repair for £79 there and then. A label to print at home and post at a local UPS. Was fully expecting the answer to be "here's a 5% discount off your next order" - so was really pleased at how smooth the process was. Granted the item hasn't been repaired yet, but we are off to a good start, Bose!
No UK a support or offices.All dealt with out of the Philippines or Far East.Item arrives faulty, replaced OK and took a four weeks, but replacement was Faulty too.Now being sent back to some UK holding place who then send to Holland? Where the replacement then gets sent to you in UK. Absolute rubbish service quality and reliability!!!!better off buying a TEMU set of headphones nowadays!! At least they have great customer support and reliability
Ordered a pair of premium earbuds for a birthday present. Item was not in stock but there was no mention of that on the website. Further to this no estimate of when back in stock or a delivery date. Eventually got a delivery date from UPS. At 9:00pm Bose customer service assumed me it would be delivered on time-nothing. Today I have a child waking up to no birthday present. As a final insult the free silicone case advertised wasn't even sent - now we finally have the item it has to go back to Holland - utter shambles
