I would give them 0 if I could. Products are amazing when they work, however good luck to anyone contacting their customer service - they are beyond incompetent. The software they use "SoundTouch" is poorly constructed, and has zero technical support to resolve issues. Avoid. Go Sonos
Ordered headphones back in November for a Christmas present…still not arrived. I can only seem to enquire through What’s App, an absolute joke. You send your enquiry , a day later if your lucky they reply and they ask for more details . You give them details then 2 days later you get a reply asking if you still want help, you say yes, then the same process happens again And you keep going round in circles. I did get a reply mid December and was promised the headphones by Christmas , 2 days later emails to say held up in Brussels…nothing since only the frustrating scenario of the what’s app debacle! They clearly don’t care..avoid at all costs! Well done Bose another Christmas ruined!So update from 28th December….woke up to an email sent 4.15am to say headphones will be delivered today. Received another email at 9am…sorry we missed you , product is being returned and a full refund will be given in 10 days! I went into the tracking it says, 4.15am out for delivery, 8am , return To consigner …Bose you are an absolute joke , a shambles, don't care, zero customer service . There are not enough negatives for theses people. They were more than happy to take my money 5 weeks ago!!
After ordering on 2/12/23 and various emails and on line chats telling me the order I placed for a Christmas present would be with me for Christmas, ive just had an email from ups saying that it’s just reached customs! So there was no way that this gift was ever going to arrive for Christmas, this company lie.
Avoid at all costs. I bought a pair of noise cancelling headphones for my autistic son. There was a problem straightaway. One side of the headphones did not work apart from spending hours on the phone trying to sort this out. I’ve explained to them that I need something for him to use And can I please organise a replacement and then I will send the other pair back they don’t care they do not cater for people with disabilities. The customer service we’ve received has been appalling. I wish I never bought these headphones which I must add were not cheap, both might have an amazing name out there, but one thing they do not have is customer service maybe if they spent a little bit more time looking after their customers their custom service would also be an amazing product. All I can say is avoid at all costs, save your money by a different brand .
I ordered ear buds direct from Bose to ensure I had the official item, due to so much counterfeit out there. Never again, appalling website, customer service, never again. What an awful company to deal with, well thats if you can get anyone to talk to, website is useless. Rather go anywhere else, should have stuck to apple.
I ordered a pair of headphones and a case on 29/11/2023 and could see when I ordered that there was a 7 day wait for dispatch. Fair enough I thought, it has been Black Friday. 7/12/23 and no further emails/shipping confirmation, so I went on their website and started a WhatsApp chat. It took about 12 hours but I did get a response and was told it would be a further 1-2 weeks until my order would be sent and I was asked to be patient! 13/12/23 and my patience was wearing thin, as I needed the headphones as they were a Xmas gift. I sent another WhatsApp message and this time got a response within 8 hours telling me the same thing, I’d get an email when my items were sent etc. and I was assured my order would be sent within the next couple of days. I said if the order couldn’t be sent and received in time for Xmas then I wanted to cancel. This request was completely ignored and I got no response. Five days later 18/12/23 I messaged again and got a response within 15 mins! from a very friendly and helpful person who told me my item had been packed and would be sent out within 24 hours. I was sceptical but decided to see what happened. Three hours later, I did indeed receive an email telling me that my order was now with UPS and it has arrived today, 3 days later. The whole process from start to finish wasn’t great. I wish now that I’d just ordered from Argos/Amazon. The trick is to hound customer service over and over again. Some responses are helpful and friendly, others are just almost sarcastic and not helpful at all! 22 days to receive an order that I expected about 10 days ago is poor and in future, I won’t be ordering directly from Bose again. At least my other half will receive his gift on Xmas Day though but not after a bit of a battle!
Bose as a product is great, I ordered refurbished QC45 and they look and sound like new, saving £££. Great 2 year warrantee also. The website should display a truer example of delivery times. I had to wait until they where in stock, so had to leave it late, the 1-2 weeks turn into 4-5 weeks, with a lot of excuses.C'mon Bose, get your customer experience up to the same quality as your products please. It does make me shy away from another order is it is needed quickly.
I made an order on 28-Dec-23, paid a significant sum for the new flagship headphones. After no delivery 2 weeks later I contacted Bose via online chat. They told me there had been a processing issue and a ticket needs to be raised, and that I would be contacted in 48-72 hours. That was 1 week ago and it's now 3 weeks since my order. I contacted online chat again and they said the colour is out of stock and would take a minimum of 2 weeks.I appreciate there are delays with shipping, lack of stock etc, but there has been zero communication. All the chasing has been by me. It will likely be 5+ weeks after ordering these headphones if they're shipped (if they even do arrive at all).Dreadful service.
