It took over two months to repair my microwave and oven. Appointments were repeatedly scheduled with no one turning up, or cancelled and rebooked on the day.
Given the amount I paid and the level of service received, this experience has been completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing products from Bosch, as it has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I bought a 30" Bosch built in all refrigerator. Less than 5 years later I have a sealed system leaking refrigerant. I asked repeatedly for a repair quote butBSH Home Appliances group could not provide one because they don't have techs in Ottawa. Why sell a product in areas that are not serviced? I have to try to find a local service now. I will NEVER buy a Bosch appliance again.

I ordered new kitchen appliances for our new kitchen. At the time it was not practical to check the condition of items due to building works, as the boxes were not damaged I assumed everything would be ok. When I unpacked the hob and got our fitter to install it, it was noticed the whole appliance was badly warped and would not sit flush. I contacted BSH they basically said as you didn't check within the 40 day period, hard luck, that's on you or words meaning the equivalent. It doesn't look like they take any notice of reviews otherwise their rating would surely be higher.
Awful customer service. I have a washing machine which is broken after 14 months. It has a 5 year warranty. I’ve had no machine for 3 weeks yet apparently the parts are out of stock. Disgusting company. Machine is useless just like the company itself
Built in Neff oven/microwave stopped working. Charged us £119 for a call out when from information we had already provided they would have known what the problem was and that they no longer held spare parts for this particular model. They offered us a discount if we ordered a replacement model from them. There would be a £20 charge to deliver the replacement for and a £20 charge to take the old one away . However they would not uninstall the old oven or install the replacement “because it was a microwave.” We have decided to forego the discount and buy the replacement from a local trusted Neff supplier who will complete the whole job.
The engineers are rushed and slapdash and the delays are indefinite. The first visit by an engineer was in the beginning of January. He was in a great hurry and misdiagnosed the problem, which was a leak from the water dispenser in the freezer. After two weeks, he returned with a part, which did not fix the problem and had to order another part, which took two more weeks to arrive. In the mean time he failed to put the freezer back to together properly, and I had to repeatedly adjust a cable to ensure the door closed properly. When the correct part came, two engineers came, replaced the part, but diagnosed five other parts that needed to be replaced. This diagnosis may or may not be valid. They also failed to put the freezer back together properly, and I had to manoeuvre the vents at the bottom of the freezer back into position myself. When I rang to find out when the fourth visit would take place I was told it would be another month before the parts arrived from Germany. I do not even know if these parts are necessary, as they do not relate to the fault that I reported. Do not purchase a Siemens under any circumstances if you expect to keep it for a long time and anticipate needing repairs.
This is what good looks like.A couple of weeks ago our washing machine started leaving scrapings of plastic all over the washing. The machine is insured through Domestic and General who sent in BSH to inspect it. Engineer, Graham arrived at the appointed time and identified that a new drum assembly would be required (£650). We thought it would be a write off but D&G agreed to repair it! Parts were ordered and today was the day for Graham to come and fit the parts. Graham arrived slightly delayed due to an unforeseen traffic jam and completed in the work in the estimated time. His communication at all times was superb. He was always smartly dressed and in doing the work was conscious of the environment around him. Left no mess, you would hardly was known he had been here. Gave us some advice on caring for the machine and recommended a product to use. Wow, what a great experience! Great eco example that machines can be repaired!
First contacted them to report an issue with induction cooker. Engineer visited who took 2 mins to tell me the repair would be over £350 after I'd paid £109 for the call out. I opted to buy a new unit at a total cost of £750 which included £20.00 to deliver the new unit and a further £135 to install the new unit. The day arrived an engineer came and after 5 mins decided he was NOT going to install it. I called for the refund of £135, but they won't refund it saying I'd agreed that it was my fault if they couldn't install it. Its absolutely disgraceful and blatant scam to extort more money from their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the same products are also cheaper elsewhere, then use an independent electrician to install it.
