I am grateful to the store team and to Leanne from Customer Service, who were all very helpful, polite and prompt and helped me with my enquiry and sent my ring to be fixed by the Aftercare specialist. Would 100% recommend CARAT of London!
Delivery was seamless. I requested a quick despatch in order to receive in time for a special gift. The delivery arrived earlier than expected. The recipient loved the earrings, I would highly recommend. I will definitely look to order from Carat again, excellent service & beautiful jewellery.
I bought a pair of earrings for my daughter, who loved them. Unfortunately after a short period the fastening on one of them came loose. The Team from Carat could not have been more helpful and obliging and replaced the pair without any difficulty.
Carat Toluda ear cuffI purchased this item in January 2025. It took approximately three weeks also to arrive. I wore it once for a couple of hours. When I took it off, one of the jewels had fallen out. I arranged with the company to return it. They sent me a returns bag and told me it was prepaid. When I took it to the post office, it cost me £9 to return. I returned the item and had to wait another almost 3-4 weeks for its replacement to be dispatched. In total, having ordered at the beginning of January, I finally received my second item in April. They did refund me my postage charges but customer services are quite slow to respond, – yes they did sort it out but I had to chase on occasions and it’s irritating having to wait three months for an item to be dispatched, having already paid for it!
So disappointed. I ordered four rings in time for Eid celebrations. These were family members including my mum. Only three arrived although the wrong sizes were sent to me and I am still waiting for my mother's one to arrive. I have contacted a Leanne at customer services several times. No clear disisive solution has been put forward. Emails are addressed 48 hours after you send them which adds to the frustration. I have been told to send photos of the rings and continuessly asked what sizes I would like. I have replied many times . Today I was sent an email asking me send all the rings back to Carat so they could study the rings. This seems so bizzare. But why would I send the rings after I already paid for them by post. There is no guarantee or assurance that I would get them back. And why would they need to study the rings. I'm wondering whether some sort of scam is at work here. In which case someone who actually works for Carat needs to get in touch with me. Or do I just go to a flagship store and discuss the issues raised above directly with a staff member. This has not been suggested. They reiterating that they want ring sizes, which I have provided . But there is no clear solution offered.
Brilliant company to deal with! I hadn’t appreciated part of my order would take longer than the rest, so emailed to enquire. Their customer service was excellent - polite, prompt and offered to send out the ready part of the order at no extra cost. Pleasure to deal with! Quality also fantastic.
