The customer support provided has been not only unhelpful but also rude and unprofessional. Recently, I received messages from a private number associated with your Rzeszów branch, informing me that I would not be receiving a refund and that I should stop complaining. This is unacceptable behavior when dealing with customers.In addition, I sent multiple emails to both your "support" and "reservation" departments, only to receive an automated notification stating that I would receive a response within 14 days. While I understand that there are legal time frames for responses, it has now been over 20 days, and I have yet to receive any communication from your team.Given the lack of response and support, I am now considering taking legal action to resolve this matter.
I recently had an appalling experience with Carwiz Poland (GDANSK). They prey on customers by charging a fortune for tiny, preexisting scratches. To add insult to injury, they refused to inspect the car in my presence, which is highly suspicious and unprofessional. It's blatantly obvious they make their money through these deceitful practices. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Carwiz Poland if you don't want to be ripped off. This company is a disgrace!
I booked it using Booking.com relying on Booking for reliability. Booking should know who they serve, right?Well, long story short, I booked a car from Carwiz in Rzeszow from Nov. 30 to Dec. 14 2024. I have returned it at the airport at about 4 am just before my flight back out of Poland. Naturally, their desk was closed and I just dropped the key into the box.Needless to say, I checked and rechecked the car before leaving it, making sure there was not a little tiny thing on it that could be looked as damage. Everything was good until I received a nasty picture a few hours after with an email saying that "Our employee inspected the car and found some scratches." Well, I knew there were no scratches, so I was unpleasantly surprised. Looking at the pictures, it seems that they were easy to forge.Fast forward, I am back in Rzeszow on Jan. 4 and, surprise, I see the same car in their parking spot at the airport. Curious, I came close to see that "damage'. Of course there was none! I took pictures too. No signs of damage, no scratches and no signs of repairs.When I finally got a hold of that guy that sits at the desk of this rip-off customers "company", and asked him politely to show me the car with the damage, he kept avoiding it by any pretext, and kept saying that he had a proof of damage. I was just asking him to show me that proof but he was not apparently interested in it. when asked if they already repaired the damage he said they had not. No wonder since it is nothing to repair.I have filed a fraud/dispute report with my creditor, awaiting for a conclusion and I am still interested to see the car again.
I have a very good experience with the agent on the December 8, 2024. I was more than 2 hours late because of my flight delay. Miss Amanda was nice and understandable according my particular situation. She was friendly and very professional helping with my renting. I will use in the future car wiz to make another reservation and definitely recommend my family and friend.
First time using Carwiz at Wrocław airport and it was an overall positive experience. The staff at the desk were very friendly and polite, and both the pick-up and drop-off process were quick and easy. I’m still waiting for the return of my fuel deposit, but I believe that’s an issue with my bank rather than the company. I’ll update this review if there are any problems with that.The only minor drawbacks were being initially misinformed about where the car would be waiting (slightly annoying as it was cold 😅) and receiving a message that was intended for another client. However, these were small issue that could easily be rectified and are only meant as constructive feedback.I would definitely book with Carwiz again!
I rented a car from CarWiz at Poznań Airport, and while the rental process initially seemed smooth, my experience has turned into a frustrating ordeal.When I returned the car, I followed all the contract requirements: the car was handed back with a full tank of fuel, and there were no additional damages caused during the rental period. Yet, a few days later, I received an email claiming there was damage to the car and alleging that I had smoked in it. Both accusations are completely false.To prove my case, I promptly replied to their email with evidence, including photos taken on the day I collected the car, clearly showing the supposed damage was already there. Additionally, no smoking occurred in the car during my rental. Despite this, I have received no response from CarWiz in over a month.To make matters worse, they have deducted approximately £400 from my deposit without justification or explanation. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable.As a customer, I feel ignored and cheated. I would strongly advise others to avoid using CarWiz’s services at Poznań Airport or anywhere else. I certainly won’t be renting from them again.

Convenient location of the site against the departures terminal in Marriott hotel lobby. Easy to find, pick up and drop off the vehicle. Very good prices and neat reliable cars.
